Ground Level: There is a large parking lot available to guests and residents. Century 21 provides our guests with 2 parking passes.

Surf Condo 825 is located on the second floor of Building 8, which is oceanfront. Looking out over a lawn, bordered with dunes, the deck has a marvelous view of the ocean. Palm lined walking paths lead you to the pool and then onto the boardwalk. The sea and surf of the beach are just a stroll away. Conveniently located nearby is the Surf's laundry facility. Surf Condo 825 accommodates 6 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 bath.

Master Bedroom: The white wicker furnishings and blue floral bed dressings create a wonderful cottage feel. The Queen bed is a comfortable place to lie back and relax. The dresser provides ample storage for all your essentials. You can lounge in bed and watch your favorite show, because there is a TV for your enjoyment. Sneak into your private dressing area to freshen up. You will find a closet and access to the full bath

There is a hall alcove offering bunk beds covered in white comforters. The little ones can stay close while snuggled up for a nap or relaxing with a favorite book.

Great Room: The efficient kitchen offers all the necessities. Its refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher are essential. The coffee pot, toaster, telephone, cookware, dinnerware, and other hidden treasures that lie within the many cabinets will come in handy as well. Put together all your favorite treats and retreat to the pine table for an enjoyable meal. For a quicker bite, pull a stool up to the bar.

The living area is crisp, clean, and comfortable. A creamy white Queen Sleeper Sofa is a restful place to unwind. The large entertainment center is stacked with options for your enjoyment. A cable TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo system, books, and puzzles offer many ways to take it easy. The sliding glass door not only offers access to the spacious deck, but lovely views of the outdoors.

Surf Condos 825 is a smoke and pet-free property. Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Maximum occupancy is 6 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment 30 days prior to your arrival date to avoid cancellation.
