There are now six gorgeous bedrooms (three with ocean views and three with sound views) and five and a half baths on three floors, allowing you to sleep up to 19. The first floor is perfect for kids or adults with 4 bedrooms, three baths and its own huge lower deck, kid’s playhouse and wading pool. There is even a water bed that the kids will love. The second floor has a gourmet kitchen, a large living room overlooking the ocean with a stone fireplace and a wet bar. On the sound side enjoy a library with a large selection of books, a glass topped desk and a private balcony with unobstructed views of both ocean and sound. On the top floor, there are two huge master bedroom suites. One has a wet bar, a four poster, king size bed and French doors that open out to the sea. There’s also an antique marble desk with a Tiffany lamp overlooking the ocean and a Jacuzzi in an enormous, real marble, Roman style bathroom. The oversized shower even has gold “his” and “her” shower heads. The other master suite has its own dressing room, large bath and another private deck that faces the sound. The house boasts two of the largest oceanfront decks on the island with views that extend for miles making it perfect for large weddings, family reunions, creative inspiration, hours of relaxation or just an amazing and unforgettable vacation. Now, with the new renovations, there is even garage parking for four cars under the house to protect them from salt spray. Jog, fish, surf, swim, read, walk to the nearby fishing pier, watch the dolphins or stroll along the edge of the sea. And when you leave, take home an autographed copy of the author’s latest book.
