Topsail Reef 274 is located in the 7th building on the 2nd floor. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath accommodates 6 people. Tremendous views are enjoyed from both the oceanfront deck and inside from the great room. Close to the point, this condominium looks out directly over the beach. The sound of the waves rolling up onto the soft white sand will lull you to sleep at night. The beach access and the pool are just a short walk away. Across the street, a small store offers convenience items and a casual outdoor bar, a fun place to meet new friends.

The bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a plaid comforter in apple green with blue, yellow, and coral stripes. The natural rattan headboard and nightstand are adjacent to a low, wicker dresser. A tall dresser opposite the bed holds a television with VHS player. A closet offers even more room for your wardrobe, as well as extra pillows, an iron, and beach chairs.

The hallway leads toward the great room and offers access to the full bath and additional sleeping quarters in a cozy alcove with bunk beds. The stucco walls, in a cheerful creamsicle color, are a nice contrast to the apple green comforters on the bunk beds.

The living area has terrific views through the sliding door to the oceanfront deck. A soft moss green sofa, stuffed rocking chair, wicker coffee table, and end table make up the seating area in front of the media center. A flat screen television with built in DVD and VHS players provide nightly entertainment. Below there are games and puzzles to choose from for a fun family evening together. Across the room, a woven seat rocking chair offers visitors a relaxing spot with a close up ocean view.

The dining area has a beautiful mission style table with seating for 4 on matching chairs.A unique hanging shell light is suspended from the ceiling in the corner. The great room is thoughtfully decorated with large framed prints and colorful metal wall art.

Tall white cabinets rise to the ceiling in the kitchen over the white countertops for a clean, stylish look. The kitchen bar seats 2 on cushioned barstools, while several wooden folding chairs underneath offer additional seating for unexpected guests. Appliances include a refrigerator with icemaker, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and a toaster equipped for bagels. Brew some fresh java in the morning and head out to the deck to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. Or stroll down to the beach for some early beachcombing and find the best treasures before everyone else.

The oceanfront deck offers gorgeous views of the great blue ocean and pristine white beaches below. It's the perfect place to welcome the morning, have a mid-day snack, or relax at the end of the day.
