Ground Level: There is a large parking lot available to guests and residents. Century 21 provides our guests with 2 parking passes.

Topsail Reef 209 is located in Building 1, on the 2nd floor. This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium can accommodate 6 people. Breathtaking views are available from the oceanfront deck and the great room. Relax and listen to the tide song played in the rolling waves just below your coastal retreat. Close to the point, this condominium looks out directly over the shore. The beach access and the pool are just a short walk away. Across the street, a small store offers convenience items and a casual outdoor bar, a fun place to meet new friends.

The living area has terrific views through the sliding glass door, leading to the oceanfront deck. The sandy walls, white furnishings and trim, create a soft backdrop to the red Queen Sleeper Sofa. The white wicker chair, coffee table, and end table complete the seating area. An entertainment center houses many options for your entertainment, including a flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, and Nintendo Game Cube. Across the room, a pine table with white accents provides dining for four.

The simple and clean kitchen has white cabinets, stretched to the ceiling, for storage of all the necessities, like cookware, dishes, and more. The kitchen bar seats 2 on pine barstools. Appliances include a refrigerator with icemaker, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and a toaster. Brew your favorite coffee and step out to the deck to watch the Island wake. Start your day by heading down to the shore and combing the sugar sand for shells. Let the kids build a sand castle. Just make sure they flatten it before sundown. The sea turtles, which nest along the Island, have a hard time climbing over these little creations.

It may be difficult to rouse the younger ones from their cozy sleeping quarters. The alcove in the hall has built in bunks adorned with bright and colorful comforters. This is a great hideout where they can read a favorite book or snuggle in for a nap.

The bedroom offers a white wicker Queen sized bed, adorned with a bright nautical striped comforter. The matching dresser, with mirror, and night stand provide a place to store your favorite loungewear and essentials. If you didn't pack light, the closet offers even more room to hang up your jackets or evening wear. There are plenty of options for a night out on the town. A ceiling fan and alarm clock radio are additions that will make your stay even more comfortable.

Topsail Reef 209 is the perfect for small families and groups. Consider renting two or more condos near each other for larger groups. Come visit Topsail Island this year and be the envy of your friends. Sink your toes in the sand and go home with a sun-kissed tan.

Your check-in location is our Sneads Ferry office. Linens are provided for your convenience. This is a smoke free and pet free property. Maximum occupancy is 6 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
