Surf's Up is as oceanfront as you can get. The oceanfront deck sits at the edge of the dunes and the private beach crossover leads you to the beach in just 20 steps. This cozy cottage has modern flair with simple yet tasteful décor.

The lower level offers parking for 4 in the gravel driveway and covered parking for 2.Stairs on the left side lead up to the front door and the deck continues down the side of the house to the oceanfront deck and beach crossover. Head down to the beach and sink your toes in the sand. You can rinse off in the outdoor shower at the edge of the boardwalk on your way back in.

Great Room: Soft yellow walls, bright white trim, and sheer white net curtains are fresh and inviting.Fabulous ocean views can be seen from anywhere in the room. The living room space is defined by a red and blue striped sofa, an extra wide stuffed chair in blue denim, and a swivel rocker with blue cushions. White painted side tables and coffee table contrast nicely with the red and blue furniture. Ocean views are reflected in the wall of mirrors installed behind the television creating the illusion that there are ocean views everywhere. The flat screen television, VHS player, and DVD & CD player are arranged neatly on the white entertainment center. The cabinet below offers board games for some family fun.

Ocean view dining can be enjoyed at the white tile top table adjacent to the living room area. Seating for 6 is available inside or you can opt for true oceanfront dining on the deck where a folding table and four chairs are located. Enjoy a night under the stars relaxing in the Adirondack chairs on the deck.

Bright white cabinets against deep green countertops and flooring are a nice contrast in the L-shaped kitchen. A center island breakfast bar seats 4 for a casual meal. Store a bottle or two in the built-in wine rack over the refrigerator. Track lighting brightens the soft yellow room. A built-in microwave is over the smooth top stove and a dishwasher is across the room. The cabinets are well stocked with dishware, glassware, and cookware and a nice selection of small appliances are provided, including a toaster, blender, teapot, and coffee maker. Brew a cup of coffee or tea and take it out to the deck to enjoy the cool morning air.

Bedroom 1:Shades of blue and apple green stripe the comforters of the 2 twin beds. A white washed bisque nightstand sits between and a tall matching dresser is opposite. Two windows look north up the beach with views of the ocean. This bedroom is ideal for younger visitors. This bedroom is across the hall from a shared full bath with a shower and tub.

Bedroom 2:At the end of the hall on the right, this bedroom offers a double bed with a bright summery multi-colored quilt. A wicker nightstand and a modern style solid wood dresser are provided. Sheer, net curtains drape the windows with views north up the beach and looking out over the island.

Bedroom 3 Master Bedroom:Cream-colored Berber, soft marsh blue walls, and a bedroom furniture suite in white washed bisque blend perfectly. The double bed has a cool green and blue striped comforter. A television, DVD player, and clock radio are provided. Two windows dressed in wispy net curtains add a little romance. The closet is stocked with extra pillows for the perfect night's sleep. This bedroom has a private half bath.

Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Linens are provided. Pets are permitted with a $125.00 (plus tax) fee per pet. Smoking is not permitted. Maximum occupancy is 4 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
