Sea Shore Dreamer is located just across the Surf City/ North Topsail Beach line, just minutes from shopping, dining and more. Discover all that Topsail Island has to offer from kayak tours to the Sea Turtle Hospital in Topsail Beach just a short drive to the south.

Ground Level : Parking for up to 4 vehicles. The steps to the front door are on the left side of the home.

First Level : Quiet green walls welcome you inside Sea Shore Dreamer. On this first level you will find three bedrooms, a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and two baths. An oceanfront deck is accessible through the bedrooms. The lower deck offers an outdoor shower for rinsing off all that sand, and is covered for relaxing in the shade, during hot August afternoons. Relax on the deck furniture while you watch your children play in the sand and surf.

On the oceanfront, you'll find the sunny master bedroom. In this room you will find a queen size bed, covered in covered in shades of ocean blue, white wicker furniture, a TV, DVD player, telephone, alarm clock and sliding glass doors that lead to the lower oceanfront deck. A private bathroom with a shower, painted with Carolina blue, is offered to guests staying in this bedroom.

Across from the master bedroom you'll find another oceanfront bedroom. This room offers a queen size bed, covered in a soft rose and green floral design, and white washed furnishings. This bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads out to the lower oceanfront deck.

The third bedroom, sits on the sound side of Sea Shore Dreamer. This cozy bedroom has a soothing peach and green floral decor, queen size bed, compimented by soft green walls and white washed furniture.

Bedroom two and three share a full size bathroom, accessible in the hallway.

Second Level : The soothing green walls turn into warm sunny yellow as you walk upstairs to the living area. This space is filled with cheerful tropical Island colors, cathedral ceilings and beautiful views of the shimmering ocean.

The upper oceanfront deck, is accessed through sliding glass doors, off the living room. Painted a soft sunny yellow, this is the perfect place to sip coffee in the morning and watch the brown pelicans sore over the water. Steps lead you down to the lower deck and the short walkway to the beach.

The living room of Sea Shore Dreamer has a cathedral ceiling with intimate wicker seating filled with bright tropical colors of yellow, coral and green fabrics. This space offers guests a TV with VCR and DVD player, board games and a ceiling fan. A soft and comfortable deluxe futon sits near with brightly colored pillows, sits by the sliding glass door, inviting guests for a mid-afternoon nap or cuddle up with your favorite book. A half bath is easily accessible off the living room.

The dining area faces the ocean allowing wonderful natural light to flood the space. Four white wicker chairs, each accented with beautiful tropical colors surround the glass dining table. A ceiling fan cools the area from above.

You'll have a wonderful view in the open airy kitchen which offers both views of the ocean and sound. Whether you are cooking or tidying up, you will have a wonderful view. The kitchen offers guests a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and more. The bar is accented with three white rattan bar chairs.

With year-round warm weather and sunny beaches, Sea Shore Dreamer invites you to the laid back southern style of a Topsail Island vacation. This 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath home accommodates up to 7 guests. However, if you find that an additional person wants to visit with you, simply let the reservationist know when booking so that arrangements can be made to bring in a rollaway bed at no charge to you.
