Ground Level: In this area you will find parking for vehicles and a ramp, rather than stairs, that leads up to the first level. The elevator is at the top of the ramp and can transport you to any of the four floors. Century 21 provides parking passes. Autos are limited to 2 per property.

Great Room: The well-stocked kitchen has a tile floor, a tile backsplash, and smooth off-white and wood cabinets. Views of the creeks and marsh, through the kitchen window, make washing pots and pans a pleasure. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, electric can opener, coffee maker and toaster. Enjoy your choice of coffee or tea in the provided teapot, and stroll out to the deck to enjoy the fresh morning breeze. The low breakfast bar, beneath two bamboo frame lights, has seating for 3 on bisque finish upholstered chairs. Matching chairs surround the dining table seating 3 more at the round wooden table.
