Ground Level: Presented with the grandeur of this home, the excitement sets in early for its visitors. The underneath parking, spectacular ocean views, private outdoor shower with hot and cold water are just the beginning. There is a wet weather entrance for your convenience and it is stocked with several beach items including chairs, umbrella, toys and floats. An easy set of stairs leads you to the First Level.

First Level: On this level you will find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and full sized washer and dryer. The hall and baths have tiled floors and the bedrooms have carpet. The creamy walls with white trim lend a crisp clean feel. All the bedrooms on this level have sliding glass doors that lead to a covered ocean side deck. This deck is equipped with chairs, lights, and a hose for quick clean up. There is access to the second level deck and lower level boardwalk leading to the big sandy beach.

The first bedroom is furnished with white wicker and offers a King sized bed dressed in a white comforter with grassy print. The trunk provides storage for towels, books or games, the armoire houses a TV and DVD player and the rocker invites the guest to relax and enjoy the ocean views.

The second bedroom offers a Twin/Double Bunk with blue bed spreads. The pattern of animated fish is cute and playful. The kids will enjoy their own TV and DVD player, alarm clock radio and access to the ocean side deck. The wicker chest provides extra storage and the kids will be just down the hall from the bathroom.

The third bedroom, adjacent to the second bathroom, offers a King sized bed covered with a blue and yellow striped comforter. The sand toned wicker furnishings provide a place to unpack, a rocker to sink into, and a home for the TV, DVD player and alarm clock radio.

All the kids and guests staying on this level will feel special. Their comfort and entertainment was a priority in planning this space. There is an open and comfortable set of stairs lead to the Second Level.

Second Level : This home boasts an extra touch of elegance with the wide-open space, vaulted ceiling, beautiful windows, and neutral colors of this great room. With special touches all around, even the chef in your family will feel pampered while preparing the evening meal.

The living area has an overstuffed Queen Sleeper Sofa and matching loveseat done in a cocoa colored fabric and embroidered with creamy palms. For additional seating, enjoy the khaki arm chair or white wicker chair. Entertain yourself with the TV, DVD player and VCR or read one of the provided books.

The dining area has a grand table with seating for up to 8. Overlooking the ocean, this is the perfect setting for a family supper or long talk over coffee. There is even a small white wicker kids table for two.

The kitchen offers sound-side views for the chef, as well as upscale appliances, ample preparation space on the tiled counters, and a breakfast bar for two. The side by side refrigerator has a handy in-door ice dispenser, and the double stainless steel sink has a sprayer and disposal. There is a smooth surface stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee pot, and toaster oven. The open design of this space lets you remain part of the activities while making savory meals.

The master bedroom offers a King sized bed adorned with a bedspread patterned with a sweet palm tree motif. The white headboard, bedside tables, and armoire lend a soothing coastal cottage atmosphere. The armoire holds a TV and DVD player, the sliding glass doors lead to the oceanfront deck. The handy wicker trunk provides extra storage for the essentials. There is a telephone and alarm clock in the suite, which you may decide to turn off, once you settle into your vacation.

The Second Level deck offers several rocking chairs thoughtfully placed to soak up the morning glow of the sunrise over the Atlantic.
