| This new home is located in the private up-scale community of Ocean Ridge and has vacant lots on both sides giving you the feel of a private beach. You may choose to sun on the deck in one of the wicker chase lounges, relax in the hot tub or read a book under the covered porch, all facing the ocean. Inside you will enjoy the large ocean front dining room with seating for 12 or snack at the bar. The kitchen is well equipped, including a separate ice maker. The fifth bed room has been designed so it may be opened up to the family room with large pocket doors. A custom made upholstered daybed has been slip-covered to provide you with comfort and versatility. There is also an additional sitting room and deck on the second floor with breath taking views of the ocean. The master bed/bath has a private sitting room over looking the ocean and a whirlpool tub for relaxing. If you can’t leave work behind, then bring it! The house is equipped with a wireless network, high speed connection, computer and fax/scanner/copy machine.
