Dine at one of North Topsail's fine dining restaurants or cook in for a quiet dinner on the screened in porch. Take a drive south to Surf City for shopping, casual and fine dining, nightlife, and of course, surfing! Head north to Sneads Ferry for personal watercraft and boat rentals, locally caught seafood, excellent golf, and more. Topsail Island is full of treasures to be discovered.

Located in the sleepy beach town of North Topsail, Beach Sounds is a second row home that will help you get away from it all. Forget your cares and worries, leave your harried work schedule behind, and come to the beach. Relax in the covered, screened in porch or stretch out on the sand and soak up some sun. This home has both ocean and river views and accommodates up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths.

The lower level has a lattice-enclosed carport with parking for 1 and the concrete drive can accommodate up to 3 vehicles. A hose to rinse the beach sand from your feet is located on this level. Stairs on the right side of the drive lead up to the front deck.

Main Level:On this level, vacationers will find a living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath with laundry area, and a sunny deck adjacent to the screened porch. The living room enjoys ocean views through a large picture window. A soft, comfortable sofa and matching chair in light sienna are a nice contrast to the Berber carpet. Two bamboo chairs with generous cushions provide additional seating. At the end of a long beach day of sun and fun, enjoy your favorite show on the television with VHS player. Or turn on the stereo with 3 CD changer and cassette for some dinner music.

The dining room offers an oval wooden table with seating for 4, or you can dine on the screened in porch and listen to the soft sounds of the ocean. The porch has a patio table and 4 chairs. Stroll out to the back deck after dinner where there are views across the island to an interior pond and the New River is seen just beyond. What a peaceful paradise.

Natural wood cabinets and soft cream countertops define the kitchen. A butcher block island off to the side can be called into service when needed. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker and blender. Brew some fresh coffee and enjoy the quiet sounds of the morning on the porch or head to the beach to watch the sunrise. The cabinets are stocked with an ample supply of dishes, glassware, and cookware, including the all-important stockpot for steaming shrimp, oysters, and clams. Get out the cocktail sauce and butter and have a seafood feast. Upper Level:This floor offers three bedrooms and two baths, including a master suite with an ocean view balcony.

Bedroom 1:This bedroom is suited for a sailor. The queen size bed is covered in shades of blue and sailboat and lighthouse accents are tastefully added throughout. This bedroom offers a dresser, end table, clock radio, and television. The window has views of the New River.

Bedroom 2:Just down the hall on the right, this bedroom has a beach theme décor and Berber carpet. The matching furniture suite has a white washed finish and includes a dresser, mirror, end table, and a headboard for the queen size bed. This bedroom is right next to the full-shared bath off the hallway.

Bedroom 3 Master Suite:The white washed shell motif furniture includes a queen size bed, dresser with mirror, and matching nightstand. A bamboo side table holds a small flat screen television and DVD player that can be enjoyed from the comfort of the bed. Two tall director's chairs are stored in the walk in closet. Bring them out to the ocean view balcony for a romantic evening under the stars. The master bath has a full shower with tub. The natural wood vanity is topped with a smooth seamless countertop.

Your check-in location is our Sneads Ferry office. Linens are not provided. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. Maximum occupancy is 6 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
