Onsite Amenities: Topsail Reef offers it's guests several outdoor grilling areas, a laundry facility and tennis courts. Ground Level: There is a large parking lot available to guests and residents. Century 21 provides our guests with 2 parking passes. First Level: Topsail Reef 114 is located in building 2 on the first floor. The beach-themed living space offers a double sleeper sofa, color TV with VCR, stereo system, ceiling fan, air conditioning unit, baseboard heat and private oceanfront deck. The fully stocked kitchen offers guests a microwave, blender, coffee maker and refrigerator with icemaker. Eat breakfast and watch the waves roll up the shore at the dining table, which seats 2. The hallway has a built-in twin bunk bed, for sleeping 2. The master bedroom, at the end of the hallway, offers guests a double bed and ceiling fan. The bathroom is accessible through the hallway.
