D'Ville is a spacious oceanfront home with two oceanfront decks, a private beach access, a reverse floor plan, and amazing ocean views. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths D'Ville can easily accommodate up to 12 people. In addition, two futons in the living room provide even more space, should you have unexpected guests.

The gravel driveway is bordered by waving beach grass and has parking for 5.Two enclosed garage spaces provide additional parking protected from the elements.Stairs lead from the driveway up to the front deck with views of the creeks and marshes on the other side of the island. The deck wraps around the right side to the oceanfront deck and beach access. Drop your suitcase, kick off your shoes, and sink your toes into the sand.

1st Level:This floor has four bedrooms to choose from, 2 of which are oceanfront. There are two full baths, and a laundry area tucked away neatly in a closet.

Bedroom 1:This bedroom offers 2 twin beds nicely dressed with matching quilts in blues, tans, and greens. There is a television, DVD, and VHS player on the dresser as well as a clock radio.

Bedroom 2:The queen size bed is covered with a brown & tan polka dot quilt which play well against the light aqua walls and bright white trim. Cool green lamps rest on the end table and tall dresser. This bedroom has a private door to a shared full bath.

Bedroom 3:This Oceanfront bedroom has a sliding door leading out to the deck. Relax for a moment in the Adirondack chairs and breathe deep of the salt air. Dry your swimsuit at the end of the day on the handy clothesline. This bedroom offers a queen size bed with a romantic rusty rose and antique white comforter. A dresser sits on one side and a side table holds a matching lamp. A private door accesses the shared full bath.A second full bath with tub and shower is located at the end of the hall. Deep mustard walls are a stunning contrast to the white trim and the black and gray floor.

Bedroom 4:This bedroom is right next to the full bath at the end of the hall. Two sets of bunk beds sleep 4. The sturdy wooden beds and dresser are softened by the pale summer colors of the matching comforters. White cotton curtains cover the slider leading to the oceanfront deck. Step out to the deck and on the right is the enclosed outdoor shower and beyond that is the beach crossover.

2nd Level:On this floor vacationers will find the spacious great room with open kitchen, a full bath, and one bedroom. The oceanfront deck spans the width of the home and has plenty of room for entertaining and family fun.

The great room is full of large picture windows showcasing the spectacular views of the ocean and pristine white sand beach. The living area on the left has seating for everyone with 2 relaxed futons, 2 chairs and 2 ottomans. The Theaterview television is set up in the corner with a DVD and VHS player. Bring your favorite CDS; the stereo has a 3 CD changer along with a cassette player. A low chest of drawers holds an assortment of family games and puzzles. The oceanfront deck is accessed by a sliding door in the center of the room. Multiple deck chairs offer seating and beckon you to sit back and enjoy the view. Stairs of the right side lead down to the lower deck and the beach crossover.

The dining table has large picture windows on two sides overlooking the ocean. The wooden dining set has seating for 8. The high bar offers additional seating for 4. Light khaki walls reflect light throughout the great room.

The kitchen is bright white with dark sand colored countertops. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, built-in microwave, blender, electric can opener, coffee maker, and double toaster. The cabinets are well stocked with cookware, dishware, and colorful glassware. Views of the ocean and the Intra-coastal waterway and creeks can be enjoyed as you prepare dinner.

Bedroom 5:The king size bed has a sophisticated gray and silver comforter set that feels soothing with the sky blue walls. This bedroom shares a full bath with the great room. A skylight infuses the bath with natural light.
