Surf Condo 327 is located on the second floor in the third building. This cozy condo is located along the great expanse of lush green lawn that makes up the beautiful common area. Conveniently located near the pool and laundry facilities, this condo is a great choice for a young family. Surf Condo 327 accommodates 4 people with 1 bedroom, bunk beds, and 1 ½ baths.

Master Bedroom: This bedroom offers guests a queen size bed with an attractive comforter in shades of green, cranberry, navy, and white. Across the room a white tall chest of drawers and along dresser with attached mirror have plenty of room for your vacation wardrobe. A television sits atop the chest in full view of the bed. This bedroom has a private half bath with a second door leading to a shared full bath for easy access to the shower. The half bath has a large closet where visitors will find a playpen, extra blankets, a folding small foam mattress, and a box fan, as well as room for their formal attire.

The full bath offers a shower with tub and is also accessible from the main hallway. Across the hall, a set of bunk beds is tucked into a sleeping alcove that is perfect for younger vacationers. The blond finish bed frame with a sturdy ladder to the top bunk has 2 twin mattresses.

Great Room: On the left dinner is served at an oval wooden table with seating for 4. Additional seating is available at the kitchen breakfast bar where 3 tall swivel chairs look into the open kitchen. The kitchen has clean lines with medium brown cabinets and antique white countertops with a faux crackle design. Appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, blender, electric can opener, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. Take your breakfast on the private deck or head down to the beach for an early beachcombing walk and see what treasures you can find.

The entire great room has views of the grand lawn and pool through the triple window slider to the deck. The spacious living room offers guests a loveseat, sofa, and stuffed chair. Several end tables and a coffee table frame the seating area. At the end of a long beach day, relax in casual comfort and watch a movie. The media center has a TV, DVD and VHS player for easy evening entertainment. Head out to the deck for a romantic dinner under the stars at the patio table with 4 chairs. Views of the ocean can be enjoyedfrom the deck as you listen to your favorite music on the stereo with 5 CD changer and cassette. Let the sound of the waves soothe your soul and calm your mind.

Surf Condo 327 is the perfect choice for an easygoing, carefree vacation. Watch the pampas grasses wave in the sea breeze as you sip a frosty beverage on the deck. Take a stroll over to the pool for a quick dip. When the sun goes down, head into town for an evening out and a fabulous dinner. Nothing is finer, than the coast of Carolina.

Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Linens are provided. Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Maximum occupancy is 4 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
