Surf Condos are located in the heart of Surf City. For vacationers that want to be within walking or biking distance of the shops and restaurants in Surf City, Surf Condos are a great option for you. Onsite Amenities: Surf Condos offers it's guests a swimming pool with large deck areas and gazebo, several outdoor showers, a laundry facility, public telephones and private beach access. Century 21 provides pool passes. Ground Level: There is a large parking lot available to guests and residents. Century 21 provides our guests with 2 parking passes. Surf Condos 135 has one 36" televison with DVD player in family room and two 27" televisions with DVD players in bedrooms. Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Linens are provided. The bedding sizes are: K, Q, B, QSS. Pets are not permitted in this property. Smoking is not permitted. Maximum occupancy is 6 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation. |
