Ground Level: The wide gravel driveway, lined with tropical palms escort you to the shaded parking area underneath the home. This area doubles as a shady recreation area, equipped with a picnic table and a grill. Cook up your catch of the day while the kids play in the small fenced in yard. After a long day at the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower offering hot and cold water for your comfort. There is a choice of stairs leading to the First Level of this home. The front stairs, lead to a covered porch that extends around to the main entrance of the home. The rear stairs lead to a side door entry in the laundry room with easy access to a half bath and kitchen.

First Level: The first level of this home offers an elegant living room, generous kitchen, formal dining room, and a Master Suite that tucks you away to your own private oasis.

The living room has luxurious mocha colored leather furniture, cherry and glass tables, oversized cherry entertainment center, and three oil paintings that capture the brilliance of seaside sunsets. The Queen Sleeper Sofa is made of the same plush leather as the loveseat and armchair. Two bay windows capture the views through the charming curtains. There is a 52" flat screen cable TV for your enjoyment as well as a VCR and DVD player. Sink into a family movie night or bring along your home movies and snuggle up with your sweetie while you head down memory lane.

The kitchen will make even a novice cook excited about preparing a meal. With upgraded stainless steel appliances, all the cookware and utensils you could want, and enough counter space to prepare even the most involved recipe, this space invites the entire family to get involved. All the essentials are covered; a smooth surface range, microwave, stainless steel sink with sprayer, side by side refrigerator with in-door ice dispenser, blender, coffee pot, toaster and more. There is even a little desk area for the kids to sit and color while you conjure up a quick lunch. Adjacent to the kitchen is a formal dining room with lovely wood table and seating for six.

Tucked in around the corner from the dining room is the Master Suite which offers a bedroom, sitting room, walk in closet, and private luxury bathroom. The blue-green walls cool this space even on the hottest days. Accented by the dolphin inspired bed dressings, this space has lovely furnishings. The medium toned Queen sized bed is part of a gorgeous set, including a dresser, chest of drawers, end table and armoire. There is plenty of space to unpack and settle into your vacation. A bay window frames a sound view ablaze as the sun sets. The sitting area has a cream and ivory Queen Sleeper Sofa. Relax and enjoy a long talk or read the paper.

Second Level: There is a trio of individually distinctive bedrooms on this level, which share a bathroom. The first bedroom is very large and offers wood floors. There is a private balcony facing south and an arched window facing west to the Intracoastal Waterway. This neutral room is brightened with a blue and white comforter and cherry game table. This light toned furnishings include a Queen sized bed, dresser, chest of drawers, and night tables. There is a recliner for added comfort. There is also a cable TV, VCR and DVD player. The sloped ceilings offer an open airy feeling to this space.

The second bedroom is a great place for the kids. The blue walls and ceiling have natural slope, which accommodate the pine bunk beds perfectly. The beds have blue and green, nautical striped comforters. The kids can store the favorite beach wears in the pine dresser and there is plenty of room to play. There is a lovely ceiling fan and a ship wheel clock for the kids comfort and they will even have immediate access to the bathroom.

The third bedroom has an arched window tucked between two dormers. The crisp green walls compliment the sea shell inspired comforter which covers the Queen sized bed. There is a dresser and chest of drawers, ceiling fan, alarm clock radio, and immediate access to the bathroom, which should be everything the guest here will need to feel right at home.
