Ground Level: In this area you will find parking for vehicles and stairs leading to the upper floors. Parking passes are provided by Century 21. Autos are limited to 2 per property.

Second Level: Topsail Dunes 1204 is found on the second level in building 1. This cozy one bedroom condo is perfect for a smaller family. The living space is filled with nautical décor and has a overstuffed sleeper sofa with matching chair, a TV with a VCR and DVD player.

Through the sliding glass door, the oceanfront deck is the perfect place for early morning coffee or spending the afternoon reading your favorite book. From the second floor the views of the ocean below are fantastic. You can see the sea for miles, while still enjoying the sounds of the Island.

The round oak dining table will seat up to four guests. Two additional bar chairs are available for a extra seating. The fully stocked kitchen offers a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and more.

Tucked away in the hallway is the twin bunk bed, a great spot for the children to sleep.A full size bathroom is easily accessible, down the hall with a stacked washer and dryer just a step away.

The master bedroom, sits at the end of the condo. This room offers guests a queen size bed covered in calming seashells. The bedroom has a telephone, alarm clock and white washed furnishings.
