Ground Level: Welcome to Turtle Point! The stone signage at the foot of the gravel drive welcomes you to your seaside sanctuary. A landscaped yard, grill, convenient outdoor shower and water hose for quick clean-up provide a peak into the abundant amenities found in this grand home. A sprawling boardwalk leads to the sandy beach where you can play for hours in the surf, sand, and sea. A well constructed set of stairs lead you to the First Level where you enter the home through a secure Anderson door.

First Level: Enter into a recreation room with a seating area, kitchenette and access to an oceanfront deck. The seating area offers a couch and two lounging chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with a small refrigerator with freezer, a sink and a few other essentials. For your entertainment, there are lots of books, and a cable TV with VCR. A mud room offers a tub sink for rinsing out your swim wear or cleaning up the shells you may find at low tide. There is also a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

Step out onto the oceanfront deck and find a shady spot with plenty of room to hang out and soak up the salty breeze. This deck is covered and offers a set of stairs descending to the boardwalk. Stretching out to the shore, this dune topping boardwalk offers a pleasant stroll to the breakers.

There are three bedrooms on this level. All three bedrooms have track lighting and ceiling fans. The first has an Eastern flare with Asian inspired artwork and bed covering. There is a full dresser with mirror to hold all you personal items, a closet for your bulkier things, and a large window offering great sights of the beach. The second bedroom offers two Twin beds dressed in yellow, green, purple and blue. Flowers and butterflies adorn these colorful comforter sets and the small vintage dresser holds the essential loungewear. Tucked away in the closet is a roll-away bed for additional guests. The third bedroom offers two Twin beds covered in bright spring colors and has a vintage dresser like the one found in the second bedroom. This room boasts a panorama of the shore.

Second Level: Ascend a lofty set of stairs to the massive living area. Flooded with sunlight from the countless windows, this space has room for everyone in your group. Many windows can be cranked open so that the sea breeze dances around the high sloped ceiling. If it gets chilly at night, there is fireplace, sure to cozy up this large space. The track lighting and ceiling fans offer additional comfort as you lounge around and enjoy your much anticipated vacation. You will also find a baby gate to keep the smallest guest within your reach.The living area offers floor to ceiling, sky and picture windows. There is access to an oceanfront deck where you are free to relax and soak up the Carolina sunshine. Look out over the horizon and spy a dolphin or two playing, count the boats gliding by, or come out early to watch the sun rising over the Atlantic. Inside the living area, the overstuffed sofa and loveseat have a matching arm chair. There are plenty of places to sit back and take a proper time out. An entertainment cabinet stocked with puzzles and games holds a cable TV, VCR, DVD Player, and 5 CD stereo. Pick your favorite way to unwind. Have a game night, watch old movies, or dance to your favorite tunes. There is room for it in this great room.

The large kitchen, with beach wood cabinets and green counters, has everything the cook will need and more. The side by side refrigerator has an indoor ice maker; the flat top range sits across from a preparation island equipped with a quick-rinse sink. There is a microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher for your convenience. Sound side windows overlook the street-side deck. This is a perfect place to watch the dazzling sun sets. The breakfast bar has three padded stools, a great place for a quick bite before heading out for a fun-filled day at the beach.

The dining area has a large family table with seating for eight. You can almost reach out and touch the horizon through the large windows. And even the baby vacationer has a place to have a snack in the high chair provided for your use.

The master suite has amazing ocean views and access to the oceanfront deck. The Queen sized, four poster bed, is dressed in a blue dolphin print; and the matching dresser and chest of drawers provide plenty of room to unpack and settle into your haven. A rocking chair invites you to sit back and soak up the scenery. There is an alarm clock radio for your assistance, try not to miss the gorgeous sunrise! A spacious master bath provides his and her closets and vanities. Take pleasure in your retreat at Turtle Point. You deserve it!

Plan on bringing your best friend for long walk along the shore, Turtle Point gladly accepts pets with a deposit. Turtle Point is a smoke-free property. Linens and Towels are provided.
