This spectacular spacious oceanfront home is the perfect place to bring family and friends for an unbelievable beach vacation. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and plenty of room inside and out.
Bedrooms: Oversized bedrooms give you plenty of room to relax.
The third floor bedroom has two Queen sized beds with luxury bedding. Included in this room is a flat screen television, high definition cable, a DVD player, and wireless internet access. For you vacationers who can’t leave work at home, there is a desk and fax machine to utilize as your office away from home. This bedroom has a beautiful ocean view and an adjacent bathroom with an oversized shower.
The second floor has three ocean front bedrooms. Each room has large sliding glass doors that access a private covered deck. Bedroom one has a king sized bed with luxury bedding, a television, and an adjacent bathroom. Bedroom two has two sets of bunks beds with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. It is a perfect room for children. This room has a television and Playstation II. Bedroom three has two sets of bunks with a double on the bottom and a twin on the top. It is a perfect room for children or a family with a baby. It has its own bathroom with a tub/shower and a walk-in closet. It has a glider rocking chair, a portable crib and a television and DVD/VCR.
The ground level of this home has a recreation room or optional 5th bedroom. This private and quiet room has a pull out sofa with an upgraded inflatable mattress for extra comfort. It is perfect for teenagers or couples who want private space. Included in this room is a 38” television with cable.
Living Areas: The house has a very large open kitchen with vaulted ceilings and views of the Inter-coastal waterway and ocean. Plenty of room to cook and a center island that seats seven! The dining room has beautiful views of the ocean and a dining room table that seats 6-8. The adjacent living area is very large and has a sectional with oversized ottoman, upholstered rocking chair, and overstuffed chair and ottoman for two. This room has high definition cable and a DVD player to enjoy on the flat screen television. The fun can be viewed from the kitchen, dining and living room.
Other: On the covered deck adorned with comfortable patio furniture the entire family can enjoy dinner, family moments, a simple card game, or watch the sunrise and set on the amazing ocean view. Ready for the sun? Exit the home from any level down a private walkway onto the sandy beach.
