This cottage is spacious enough for everyone to enjoy their vacation, yet cozy enough to make you all feel right at home. The white paneling, ample windows, and cute beachy touches create a getaway to remember. The covered deck offers a shady spot to enjoy the scenes of the Atlantic, an outdoor shower for quick clean up, and a wide stretch of sugar sand beach for you to enjoy.

Ground Level: The gravel drive and cute steps welcome you to your vacation. There is access inside to a great space that has a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience. The kids can even hang out and play a game of table tennis. A few beach toys located here will provide the kids with hours of fun. Head on up the exterior stairs and the street side porch has a boardwalk leading you around to the covered ocean side deck.

First Level: The front door at the top of the street side stairs, invite you into a large living area. The well equipped kitchen, with bright white cabinets and lengthy sandstone colored countertops, provides plenty of room for the family to make a big breakfast or dinner together. The stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave as well as the many extras offer you all the comforts of home. The dining area offers a great old farm table with chairs and bench that easily accommodates 6 people. The living area has ample seating, a sleeper sofa, and large windows with the back door leading out onto the ocean front deck. A TV, VCR and DVD player in the living area offer plenty of opportunity to kick back and relax.

The first bedroom, located on the north side of the home, offers a Queen sized bed covered in pastels. The ocean views are outstanding and your hideaway here includes a flat screen TV and small dresser. There is a bright and clean bathroom on this side of the home.

The second bedroom, located on the south end of the home, offers a Queen sized bed with a blue striped bedspread. The full sized dresser holds a flat screen TV and there is plenty of daylight coming in from the windows. There is access to the full bath, shared with the third bedroom.

The third bedroom features captivating ocean views, a Queen sized bed with colorful bed covering and a few whimsical touches for the guest choosing this space to enjoy. The dresser and closet offer plenty of room to unpack and settle in for your vacation.

Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
