Lower Level: Parking for 2 is available in the gravel drive and covered parking for 2 is available in the carports. An enclosed storage area is where the laundry quarters are located and offers a full size washer and dryer as well as a gas grill.

Main House: The front stairway leads up to a shaded deck where you'll find the main entrance. Inside the living room offers a cozy sitting area with a sleep sofa and loveseat in matching blue upholstery and a white wicker chair. The television and DVD / VHS player is set into a built-in alcove opposite the sofa. A fish motif area rug adds to the seaside feel. Light streams in the sliding door that leads to the oceanfront deck where guests will find a picnic table, several deck chairs and 2 rocking chairs. Enjoy a casual snack or oceanfront dinner at the best seat in the house: the picnic table. On the left a handy clothesline is ready for drying those wet swimsuits and a staircase leads down to the lower level. The private beach access is just at the edge of the deck next to the outdoor shower and foot wash. Stroll down to the beach and sink your toes in the sand for a natural foot massage. Ahhh. Relax and let Topsail Island work it's magic.

The eat-in kitchen is separated from the living room by a small half wall with banisters rising up to the ceiling. Natural wood cabinets hold an ample supply of dishware, glasses, and cookware. An under the counter mounted radio offers the chef some music to cook to, while a portable stereo with CD and cassette is available for the main house. A breakfast bar that looks into the living room seats 2 for a quick bite to eat. At the end of the room with an ocean view, the dining table seats 4 on matching natural finish and white chairs. Appliances include a refrigerator, smooth top stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. Brew some fresh coffee and take an early morning stroll along the beach before the rest of the world wakes. What a perfect way to start your vacation.Just off the living room, a full bath in sky blue offers a shower with tub. A brightly colored shower curtain and white interior window shutters add a personal touch. This bathroom has a wall mount hairdryer and a vanity mirror for your convenience.

Bedroom 1: Also on the first floor, this oceanfront bedroom has a private door to the shared full bath.Offering a double bed, 2 dressers for your wardrobe, and 4 windows with incredible ocean views, the sound of the waves will lull you to sleep at night.

Upstairs the hallway leads to the second level oceanfront deck, a street side deck, 2 bedrooms, and a full bath. At the top of the stairs a door opens to the Oceanfront deck where guests will feel on top of the world high above the beach. The deck spans the entire width of the home and has fabulous views. On the other end of the hall a door leads to the street side deck with views of the sound and Intra-coastal waterway. The full bath offers a shower and tub with a blue batik curtain.

Bedroom 2: Two twin beds with soft chenille seashell spreads welcome visitors. Take an afternoon catnap for a break from the sun or watch a favorite TV show on the television with VHS player in the corner. A walk-in closet has extra blankets for the perfect night's sleep and also offers two low chests of drawers for your vacation apparel. Four windows showcase picture perfect views from the second floor.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom offers guests a queen size bed, dresser, mirror, 2 nightstands, a clock, a stuffed chair, and a television with VHS player. The queen size bed is dressed in a white quilted palm tree bedspread with matching throw pillows. Hang your dress clothes in the walk-in closet where you will also find a folding cot, extra blankets, a highchair, and a playpen for the younger vacationers. And, of course, this bedroom is also oceanfront and offers memorable views of the ocean and beach from 4 windows.
