Located in Surf City, you'll enjoy the ease of being in the heart of Topsail Island. Restaurants, beach shopping, Surf City fishing pier and the local grocer are all just a short walk or bike ride away.

The Gray Pearl is located a few block north of the stoplight in Surf City. This third row home is beautifully decorated and offers fantastic views from any of the four decks or screened in porch that the Gray Pearl has. Getting to the beach is as simple a walking a block. You can see the beach access from both of the ocean view decks.

Ground Level : Parking for 4-6 vehicles is provided. Around the back of the Gray Pearl you will find a hot tub, a wonderful treat at the end of the day. The hot tub is available in the Islander, Sandy, and Sunny seasons only. You will also find a hot and cold enclosed shower with changing area and a fishing-cleaning table with sink are available to guests. The entrance to the Gray Pearl in the front of the home is covered, just incase a summer shower hits while your unpacking.

Inside the Gray Pearl you'll find the entrance way has enough room to store all your beach gear. Grab your boogie boards and head out the door to the beach!

First Level: There are three bedrooms, a screened in porch and 2 decks on this level.

The master bedroom, is located on the ocean side of the Gray Pearl. This spacious room offers a king size bed, covered in a soothing lavender comforter, a TV with VCR, ceiling fan and crisp white wicker furniture. A private bathroom with a shower is attached. Sliding glass doors lead you outside to the covered ocean view deck. You'll enjoy sipping your first cup of coffee in the morning, while you listen to the early morning sounds of the Island.

The second bedroom is perfect for the children. The room has a twin double bunkbed with bold striped comforters, wood furniture and a TV with DVD player. This room shares a bathroom with bedroom three, located between the two rooms.

The third bedroom sits on the sound side of the Gray Pearl. The room has a queen size bed, covered in a colorful comforter, a ceiling fan, alarm clock and access to the sound side deck. Guests staying in this room will love the peacefulness of the sound side deck in the mornings and the wonderful sunsets in the evenings.

Another wonderful room to sit back and relax in is the screened in porch. Grab a cool glass of lemonade and a book and enjoy the cool breeze as it passes through. If you are looking for a view, this is the room to be in. You can see both the ocean and the Intra Coastal waterway from this space.

Second Level: Upstairs you will find a spacious living, dining, kitchen area as well as a fourth bedroom. A ½ bath is located off the living space, easily accessible to everyone. A large laundry room is also on this level and is located off the kitchen.

The living room is filled with wonderful custom furniture and accessories. A blue seashore sleeper sofa with matching loveseat and chair, a large TV with DVD player, a stereo system, and a ceiling fan are available for cool fall evenings. Sliding glass doors lead you outside to the upper ocean view deck. Relax on the colorful deck furniture in the warm Carolina sun.

The dining room sits in a wonderful glass alcove, overlooking the city. A square table, seating up to eight sits here, beneath a custom chandelier. The family will enjoy the fresh seafood dinners eaten here.

The open kitchen, looks out into the dining and living areas. The room is filled with crisp white cabinets, light gray countertops and tile flooring. The kitchen offers a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and more. Four wooden stools sit at the bar area, looking into the kitchen.

The fourth bedroom, is tucked onto the sound side of the Gray Pearl. This room offers a king size bed, covered in calming light blue, white wicker furniture, a rocking chair, TV and ceiling fan. A private full size bathroom with granite countertops is attached. The room also offers access to a private sound side deck. From this second level deck you'll be able to sit back and enjoy watching the boats pass by on the Intra Coastal waterway.
