Onsite Amenities: Serenity Point offers it's guests a swimming pool and private beach access. Pool keys are provided by Century 21.

Located at 2116A Ocean Blvd., Park offers both ocean and water views and all the comforts of beach living. The front deck, facing the ocean is a great place to catch some rays while lounging on the comfortable deck furniture. In the back, Park has an enclosed screened-in porch that overlooks the Serenity Point pond. From the porch, guests can go down to the ground level.

Ground Level: Parking space for 2. A handheld outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from the beach. The stairs to the front door are located on the right.

First Level: The living room is filled with bright colors with a seashore theme. This room offers a red sleeper sofa, brightly colored club chair, a TV with VCR, fireplace, ceiling fan and access to the front deck and screened in porch.

The dining room has white wicker and glass table with 6 colorful red and blue place settings. There is additional seating at the bar, which looks into the kitchen, for 2.

The crisp white kitchen offers guests everything you'll need to cook up some great Island meals. It is equipped with a refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster and more.

To save yourself from running up and down the stairs, there is a half bath on this level. The stacked washer and dryer are tucked away in this room.

Second Level: The loft is mid-way between the two levels. The half moon window floods the loft with sunlight and offers a view of the southern end of the pond.The loft offers a futon, great for younger guests, or use it as a peaceful place to read a book.

The first bedroom upstairs offers guests two twin beds, covered in yellow, and white rattan furniture. A full size bathroom is easily accessible, across the hall.

The master suite has views of the ocean, directly across the street.Filled with windows, the sun pours into the room in the afternoon. This bedroom offers a king size bed, rattan chair for relaxing, TV with VCR and ceiling fan. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom while staying in the master bedroom.

Park at Serenity Point offers guests the peace and relaxation they are looking for. This 2.5 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home will accommodate up to 7 guests.

Linens and bath towels are provided! Park allows pets with a deposit. Smoking is not allowed.

Serenity Point properties rent Saturday to Saturday.
