North Pointe is perfectly situated for the most spectacular views of the ocean and sound on Topsail Island. This duplex is located on the northern tip of Topsail Island, where the waterway meets the ocean.

North Pointe is only a short drive to shopping, dining, golf, fishing and other activities in Sneads Ferry or North Topsail Beach.

Sunny Carolina afternoons have never been better when you find yourself lounging on the deck of North Pointe. The views of the ocean and the waterway are truly magical. Whether you're a sun worshipper or stay in the shade person, North Pointe has it all.

Ground Level : Parking for up to 3 vehicles and the steps that lead to the covered front door.

First Level: You'll enter into a hallway, directing you to any of the three bedrooms located on this level.

The first bedroom, on the left, offers a twin/double bunk bed, a corner book shelf filled with books for the children and views of the Intra-Coastal Waterway.

The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, telephone, clock radio and sliding glass doors that lead to the lower deck. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom with a shower. Wake up and spend the early morning on the deck, watching the sea oats wave at you as the breeze passes through them.

The third bedroom, filled with hints of pink, offers a queen size bed, TV and sliding glass doors that lead to the lower deck.

There is a full bathroom accessible through the hallway and the washer and dryer are found on this level.

Second Level: The living space, upstairs, takes full advantage of its location with an abundant use of glass and spacious open design. The views of the water surround you, from the sound views in the kitchen to the ocean views in the living room.

The living room has an oversized cherry cabinet that holds the large TV, VCR, stereo, telephone, books and games. This space is filled with comfy furniture begging to be napped on.

A wall of windows, with picturesque views of both the ocean and waterway, borders the dining room. This is the perfect place to have moonlight dinners or sunrise breakfasts. The glass table seats 6.

North Pointe has a fully equipped kitchen, that makes food preparation less of a chore while on vacation. Imagine rinsing off the dishes while you watch the sailboats travel by you in the distance. Grill some steaks while you watch people shell searching on the beach. The kitchen offers a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. There is additional seating at the bar, for 2.

The sliding glass doors, off of the living area, lead you to the sunny upper deck. Here you will find magnificent views of North Topsail Beach. The deck has a unique spiral staircase that takes you down to the covered first floor deck.

Third Level: Upstairs you will find a quiet loft with a futon. This is the perfect place to get away and have an afternoon nap or catch up on your reading.

The "Captains Quarters" are also on the third level. This spacious master bedroom is filled with soft yellow, pink and greens. The room has a king size bed, soft green oversized chair, TV, telephone, ceiling fan, private bathroom and private deck. Fill the Jacuzzi tub up with warm bubbly water and soak away any worries you have while you admire the view. Step outside on the deck and take one last moonlit look at the Island before you head off to dreamland.
