Just Chill'n is a beautiful oceanfront home with two oceanfront decks, a private beach access, and stunning views of the ocean. Just Chill'n accommodates up to 12 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths.

Lower Level:The stone driveway offers parking for 4 or more, while the carport on each side has covered parking for 2. Just past the carport is a wooden deck that wraps around the back of the house. On this level an enclosed outdoor shower offers both hot and cold water. A gas grill is also provided.

First Level:A central tiled hallway extends to the oceanfront where double doors dressed in striped tab top curtains lead you outside, providing access for all to the first level deck. Several deck chairs are lined up along the deck and a handy clothesline is available for drying those wet swimsuits. The beach access is on this level, as well as a convenient shower located half way down the boardwalk to the beach.

Bedroom 1:A pretty pastel box print comforter on the queen size bed suits the white wicker furniture in the room. Store your wardrobe in the tall dresser opposite the bed. This bedroom has a private door to a shared full bath. Accessible from both south facing bedrooms and the hallway, this bathroom has a walk in shower with seats.

Bedroom 2:The hand painted furniture in this bedroom has a distressed white finish on the queen headboard and louvered door cabinets. Wooden fish in a matching finish adorn the nightstand and headboard. A large fish shaped mirror is high above the armoire in the corner that holds a television in perfect view of the bed. This bedroom also has a private door to a shared bathroom. Oceanfront doors lead to the deck and offer terrific views of the ocean and the waving sea oats on the dunes outside the window.

Bedroom 3: Ahoy Mate! This bedroom is designed with the sailor in mind. Hand painted furniture pieces in deep blue have a nautical touch. The headboard has a large ships wheel at the center with a beach scene painted in the center. In the corner, a louvered door armoire beneath a ships wheel mirror holds a television. This bedroom has a private door to a shared full bathroom. You can also access the deck through the private slider.

Bedroom 4:This room is ideal for younger visitors. Two sets of bunk beds accommodate 4 people.There are 3 twin beds and 1 double bed with bright blue and red comforters. A tall rustic cupboard with shelves is a neat place to stack your beach shirts and shorts. A private door leads to a shared full bath where weathered blue tile covers the floor and sailboat and lighthouse décor keep with the nautical theme of the adjoining bedroom.

Upper Level:At the top of the stairs on the right is a half bath with a pedestal sink, wood floor, and a unique distressed finish bench. The generously sized great room has beautiful warm wood floors and high ceilings. The oceanfront master bedroom is also on this floor and has a door to the upper deck and a private full bathroom.

Great Room:Old world tile flooring in the kitchen, pure white cabinets and light stone colored countertops blend perfectly. Fish, seabird, and sailboat wall art and décor are peppered throughout for a fun, sophisticated beach style. Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator, smooth top stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, double toaster, coffee maker, and electric can opener. An ample supply of dishes, glassware, and cookware fill the cabinets. Enjoy ocean view dining for 6 at the blond finish, wooden table.

Next to the dining area, a gas log fireplace is great for the cool months here on Topsail. Above the fireplace, a built in media center holds a large television, DVD and VHS players, and the Wireless Internet modem. Select from a library of DVD and VHS movies and settle in for a great movie night. The seating group offers a blue micro-fiber sectional, a blue and yellow rocker recliner, or a stuffed blue swivel rocker. Across the room, a wet bar with seating for 4 on low stools comes equipped with a blender, a small refrigerator, and a sink.

Master Bedroom: The bedroom suite furniture has hand painted starfish scenes on the dresser with mirror, headboard, and side chest of drawers. Unique fishnet and starfish décor adorns the large wall opposite the king size bed. Spread out on the huge bed and turn on your favorite television show or pop in a VHS movie. Ocean views can be seen through the sliding door to the deck and the three large windows that frame the king size bed. Stroll out to the deck for a panoramic view of the beach and ocean. Back inside, a large walk through closet leads to the master bath offering vacationers a glass door shower with tub.

Your check-in location is our Sneads Ferry office. Linens are provided. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted. Maximum occupancy is 12 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
