The Shore Thing has everything you will need, keeps living simple, and prides itself on a first rate location and front row seating to the dance of the tides. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home accommodates 7 guests and there is ample parking.

Ground Level: Drive up a slightly elevated dune to the Shore Thing and find there is covered parking available. A water hose is ready for a quick rinse of sandy toes, and a central mudroom houses a full size washer and dryer.

First Level: Ascend the street-side stairs to the front porch. Enter this shoreline sanctuary and find blue walls echoing the colors of the sea. The hardwood floors lend a warm homey feel to this getaway. The spacious kitchen with white cabinets has an extra large bar with seating for four. The sure thing about this kitchen is that it is well equipped with all the essentials and several extras. There is a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, blender, and too much more to list. The living area has an ultra comfortable matching living room set. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa and Loveseat, a white coffee table and two side tables, and an armoire containing a color cable TV and DVD player. An inviting access to the oceanfront deck will ultimately lead you to the shoreline where you can hunt for seashells, build sandcastles, or take a dip in the surf. The dining area has ample seating for 6 at a pretty pine and white table. A built in desk area is equipped with internet access. All the comforts of home are right here. It's a Shore Thing!

There are three bright and cheerful bedrooms. All three rooms are unique, comfortable, and well suited for guests. The first bedroom offers a Double bed adorned with a bright blue and green paisley printed comforter. There is a nice dresser and night table. Open the windows and let the breeze graze around this cheerful spot. The second bedroom has creamy vintage furnishings, a Queen sized bed, and bright teal fabric. The colors reflect those found in the Atlantic just beyond the white framed windows. The ocean views from this room are spectacular! The third bedroom is great for the kids or adolescent crowd. Furnished with a comfortable Double/Twin Bunk, this room offers a cable TV, VCR, and DVD player. The youngsters will have no problem entertaining themselves here, and there is plenty of room in the dresser for their latest fashions.

Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Linens are provided. This is a smoke and pet friendly property. However, pets are only permitted with $125.00 pet fee per pet. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
