This 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath cottage on a deep water canal has a boat ramp, a boat dock, and a cottage fit for the Captain and his crew.Fish from the dock in the back yard. 3 bedrooms (2 Kings, 1 Queen, QSS)upstairs as well as a Q sleep sofa and a D sleep sofa. Downstairs has a bonus room for kids with a pyramid bunk (1 double, 1 twin) complete with a fose ball and air hockey table. The downstairs also boasts a large bathroom with a shower and a bonus room with 2 sofas and a large TV. (Give the kids their own space) You also have a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Great family vacation for you, your friends, and your boat. Small dog allowed with a pet fee. (Deep Water will accommodate large and small boats) No Smoking (Linen must be pre-ordered) |
