There are 4 spacious bedrooms, three on the first floor and one on the top floor with the living area. The first floor queen bedroom has a private bath, TV, and sliding glass doors that lead to a covered deck with views of the ocean. The other first floor queen bedroom has a TV and sliding glass door to a sun deck with views of the Sound. The pyramid bunkbed room(double bed with a twin bed above) also has a TV and access to the soundview deck. There is a apacious hall bath for these two bedrooms.

On the top floor, the king bedroom has a large TV, DVD player and sliding glass doors that lead to the upper soundview deck. The full bath on this level can be private at night and accessible during the day by opening the hall door.

With it's large living room area and dining room, the whole family can enjoy a meal together or a fun movie night. No need to miss your favorite sports game with expanded cable offering ESPN and the Golf Channel. Or, enjoy some board games with the family. The kitchen is fully equipped for all the cooks in the family. And, a charcoal grill is available on the ground level for the cooks who prefer to grill out.

For the workers in the family or the teens who need to stay in touch, there is wireless hi-speed internet access and unlimited long distance calling available at no extra charge.

Outside you have an enclosed shower so you can keep the sand outside where it belongs. A deeded beach access is located directly across the street for sunny day swimming and cool night walks next to Mother Nature's marvelous creations.
