Turtle Time is a warm, cozy and inviting town home built in the Seastar Development. Located on North Shore Drive, where Surf City meets North Topsail Beach, you'll find yourself within walking distance of North Topsails restaurants and night life. Take the short drive to either Surf City or Sneads Ferry and visit the restaurants and shops that both towns have to offer.

Sometimes being second row is just as great as being oceanfront. With an unobstructed panoramic view, Turtle Time has all of the sights, sounds and smells of an oceanfront home. Simply cross the quiet street and there are two beach accesses within walking distance.

Ground Level: Parking for 2 cars and the foyer of Turtle Time where you can store all your beach gear for the week.

First Level: Turtle Time offers its guest 2 master bedrooms. The first is on this lower level. Furnished with soothing greens and blues, this room offers a king size bed, TV, ceiling fan and sliding glass doors that lead to the ocean view deck. Spend some time relaxing while you listen to the sounds of the sea from beyond the sand dunes. Enjoy the privacy and luxury of your own bathroom with double sinks and oversized tile shower with a built in seating area.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed covered with playful green sea turtles. This room has a TV with DVD, ceiling fan and sliding glass doors that lead to the sound view deck.

The third room if filled with bright colors and beach themed pictures. Red comforters and orange accent pillows cover the two twin beds. This room has a TV with VCR, ceiling fan and access to the sound view deck.

These two rooms share a bathroom, accessible through the hallway. The washer and dryer are also located on this level.

Second Level: Upstairs you will find the living space filled with festive beach colors. The living room has a rainforest green couch with coordinating palm tree yellow swivel chairs. There is also a large TV tucked into an oversized canary yellow cabinet. The sliding glass doors lead you to the upper ocean view deck. Enjoy lunch or a friendly card game while sitting at the bar-style table, with the sounds and sights of the beach as your background.

The kitchen is altogether awesome. With high-end stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and endless views of the ocean, you won't miss any of the action while cooking. The new appliances include; a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, smooth top oven, built-in microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher and toaster oven. The bar area has 4 colorful chairs that look into the kitchen.

Green, blue, red, yellow and white wooden chairs surround the rectangular dining table. You can easily seat 6 down for an oceanfront dinner.

Step out onto the ocean view deck, off of the living space and take in the beautiful scenery of Topsail Island. The views of the beach are amazing. Who says you have to be oceanfront to have an oceanfront view?

Tucked back behind the kitchen is the second master bedroom. Filled with colorful furniture, the queen size bed sits on a bright red wooden frame and covered with bold stripes. A TV with VCR and DVD are tucked atop a blue dresser. The luxurious attached bath has a deep Jacuzzi tub, tiled shower and single vanity.
