Ground Level: The driveway and area underneath the home offer ample parking for at least 5 cars. The underneath area is paved and framed in a wide scale lattice, offering shade and privacy. There is a hose for easy cleanup, a small sink, and a gate leading to a fenced in yard. Through this gate is an enclosed outdoor shower that offers hot and cold water for your comfort. The small fenced yard is gated with access to a private walkway leading to the beach. There is a small garden lying around the entry stairs. The island shrubs and hydrangea are a refreshing welcome, as you ascend to the entry porch.

First Level: The covered entry porch has an inviting wicker rocker and pretty views of the sound. Enter a tiled foyer, to a bright and welcoming space. The reverse floor plan makes staying at this Island home a real treat. This level offers a hall closet with full sized washer and dryer; two bathrooms; and three spacious bedrooms, each with access to a screened, ocean front deck.

The first bedroom is a classic cottage styled room, complete with white, four-poster Queen bed, dressed in a pretty, pastel quilt. Flanked by two cherry end tables and offset with an antique dresser, the charm of this room is undeniable. The guest here will enjoy a telephone, alarm clock, cable TV and DVD player as well as private access to the bathroom.

The second bedroom has an elegance rich in color and scale. The oversized Queen bed and dresser provide just the right touch to make anyone feel like royalty. The exquisite bed dressing is a wine, copper, mocha, and gold fabric that gleams in the sun beaming through a set of sliding glass doors leading to the ocean front deck. The phone and alarm clock are on the end table; and an antique, marble top dresser holds a cable, flat screen TV.

The third bedroom is a garden-like retreat with private access to a bath. The plum and lavender coverings, on the white Day Bed, offset by a shear canopy, are soft and cozy. A pair of night tables and small dresser compliments the white, wicker entertainment center. The large cable TV and VCR provide plenty of entertainment. The ceiling fan, alarm clock, and access to the ocean front deck make this room a comfortable retreat.

The screened, oceanfront deck offers amazing views of the horizon and plenty of places to sit back and unwind. Choose from one of four wicker chairs, a porch swing, or glide rocker.

Second Level: The stairs leading to the Second Level are well lit with two nicely detailed windows. A sturdy handrail eases your ascent into the great room of this home, which is painted sea foam green with white trim. A storm door leads you to a street side deck where you will be happy to find a gas grill.

The living room is furnished with a soft brown sofa; wicker loveseat, covered in a floral print; and a leather recliner. The antiqued coffee table and round end table provide seating for your frothy mug and there is a large flat screen TV with cable. A surround sound system, VCR, DVD player, and stereo system are in a cabinet for your entertainment. A sliding glass door invites you to a beautiful sundeck. Furnished with white wicker, this sundeck offers amazing views of the sea.

The spacious kitchen has all the necessities and many extras. A breakfast bar that seats four doubles as extra storage and prep area. A butcher-block island sits under a hanging rack of cookware. The side-by-side refrigerator has an in-door water and ice dispenser. Above the smooth surface range is a microwave, and the dishwasher makes clean-up a cinch. Fully stocked with all the extras, the white cabinets decoratively compliment the plum counters.

Relax in the dining area at a large oak table with enough space to seat 8. A vintage buffet is fully stocked with glassware and service essentials and an antique hutch compliments the beautiful oak chairs. A tiffany styled light fixture hangs above the table and offers ample light for a family game night.

There is a separate living area for the kids. With a loveseat, library of books, several board games and toys; this is a cool space sure to please.
