Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms each with a private bath and great views to wake up to! 3 direct ocean front rooms have decks with direct beach access. Other bedrooms overlook the Inter-coastal Waterway. Rooms include 3 Queen Size beds, A King size bed in the master bedroom, and 2 pyramid bunks that can sleep up to 6. The Master bathroom has a large tiled private bath with both a glass shower and Jacuzzi tub. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, and Satellite TV with DVD/VCR.
Living Area: You can watch dolphins playing in the ocean as you enjoy meals in the bright Family Living Area. The wall of windows makes for amazing views. The tiled kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities of home and equipped with all major appliances and an island/breakfast bar. The comfy Family Room has a pull out Queen Sleeper, ceiling fan, and Satellite TV and DVD/VCR.
Extras: Relax on either the beach or Inter-coastal Waterway decks in rocking chairs or a hammock. If the sound of the ocean isn’t enough, utilize the custom sound system with speakers throughout the house! Come in off the beach on your own private walkway and sitting area. The lower level offers you a fully enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower with a large changing area. You can enter through the laundry room dropping your towels into the full-sized washer and dryer. There is covered parking for four vehicles and a wet weather entrance. A gas grill is available for your convenience. |
