Fresh local seafood is available for purchase at seafood markets or you can catch your own dinner at the Surf City Pier. Head north to Sneads Ferry for boat and watercraft rentals or a round of world-class golf. A short drive south to Topsail Beach offers even more restaurants and shops.

Gracious Tides is a gorgeous oceanfront home with private beach access and two oceanfront decks. This generously designed home has an abundance of space on three floors. The living area wraps around the central staircase and offers two dining areas, a spacious kitchen and an incredible living room on the ocean side.

Lower Level: The front foyer is open and airy with beautiful tile floors. An old-fashioned bench and a long side table display art and decorative pieces. The glass and metal chandelier above has old world charm with a patina finish and replica candlesticks.

This level has two bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room. The full bath is off the hallway, and has a white vanity, tile floor, tub and shower. The spacious laundry room has a washer, dryer, overhead cabinet, and a utility sink.

Bedroom 1:This bedroom has room to roam. The queen size bed is centered along the south wall opposite the long dresser. On the right, between 2 closets, a built-in dresser holds the television. To the left, two wicker chairs offer seating by the windows. Five windows offer this sun filled room beautiful views of the dunes and ocean beyond.

Bedroom 2:Two twin beds sit on each side of a white wicker nightstand. The matching bedroom furniture also includes low and tall dressers, and a wicker chair and lamp. Five windows infuse the room with light. Between two closets, a built-in white dresser holds a television with DVD player. Ocean views are enjoyed throughout the room.

Main Level:The first dining area is at the top of the stairs and offers seating for 6 at an octagon glass table. Adjacent to this area is a half bath with dual sinks and a long solid surface countertop.

The kitchen is to the left on the sound side. This long rectangular room has tile countertops on all sides and a central island bar with seating for 3. The cabinets are fully stocked with glassware, dishware, and cookware. Appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator, stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, blender, and coffee maker.

The second dining area is ocean side. Windows offer terrific ocean views while dining at the round rustic wood table with seating for 6.

The expansive living room area has ocean views through 2 triple door sliders and a large picture window. Sink into one of four large wicker and reed chairs with comfortable white canvas cushions. Or choose a book from the library on the built-in shelves and sit back on the matching sofa. Should you choose to visit Topsail in the cool months, you can throw some logs on the fire. The wood burning fireplace has glass doors and a tile hearth and will take the chill out of the air. Enjoy your favorite show or movie on the flat screen television in the corner with DVD and VHS player. The wide ocean deck offers two wooden lounge chairs and a patio table with four chairs for a casual ocean side dinner. Steps to the beach access and outdoor shower are just at the edge of the deck.

Upper Level:The third floor vacationers will find two bedroom suites, each with a full bath.

Bedroom 3 Suite:On the sound side, this bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a deep coral and white quilt. The natural wicker bedroom furniture compliments crisp white walls and khaki carpet. A built-in white dresser holds a television that can be viewed from the bed.The private full bath has ocean views to the north through two windows.

Bedroom 4 Master Suite:The ocean views are magnificent this high above the waves. A sliding door leads out to the oceanfront balcony. A king size bed is centered along one wall opposite two large closets. Kick back and watch your preferred show on the television with DVD and VHS player. The master bathroom is a dream come true. A large tiled walk in shower with a glass door and a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub surrounded by tile offer you a place to relax and rejuvenate at the end of a long beach day. Two windows offer ocean views above the tub.
