Main Level: The stairs from the parking area lead to a sound side screened porch or the deck by the ocean. The living area has lovely sound and ocean views with access to the sun decks on booth sides of the house. Among the amenities in this room are a telephone (for local calls only), ceiling fan, and color cable TV.

The views continue through the kitchen and dining areas. Where you can seat 6 while watching the activity on the beach beyond. In the kitchen there are tile floors and a pantry for your use. You will also find a refrigerator with icemaker, a microwave oven, dishwasher and washer and dryer. In addition to the indoor dining there is also seating for 8 at the picnic table outside.

The bedrooms are located on this level as well in this single story home. In the first 3 bedrooms there are ocean views you will find queen size beds along with ceiling fans, closets, and an attached bathroom.

In the other bedroom there are a twin bed and a bunk. There are ocean and sound views from this fourth bedroom and an attached bathroom.
