| Carolina Heaven is located on the canals in Surf City just minutes from shopping, dining, and so much more. After a retreat to Carolina Heaven, you'll see where this waterfront house gets its name. Situated on a peaceful canal in Surf City, Carolina Heaven brings another feel to the island. Just like having your own pier, there is a private walkway from the house that leads you to a great open deck. Spend blissful hours here, where it's perfect for sunbathing or simply enjoying the view. Underneath the deck is a covered boat dock. You'll be able to enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking right from your back yard. If you want for a day at the beach, access is just a short distance away. For your convenience Carolina Heaven has an enclosed outdoor shower to wash away the salt. There's a fish cleaning area to prepare your dinner and even a grill to cook it on! There is also a covered porch off of the living room that is perfect for brilliant sunrises or breathtaking sunsets. Ground Level: The ground level is enclosed and offers a den, full bathroom and bedroom with a queen size bed. Perfect for extra guests or the teenager in the family. There is a sliding glass door that opens up to a patio facing the canal. Upper Level: Upstairs you will find the general living area of Carolina Heaven. Large sofas and a recliner offer seating for everyone. The dining area can comfortably seat four with an additional seating for four at the bar/counter. The kitchen is located next to the dining room and has all the conveniences and appliances of home. There's a charm to Carolina Heaven, and the views from the upper level are delightful. Down the hall from the living area you'll find a full size bathroom with two sinks and a full bath. There are three bedrooms on the upper level. A bunk bed is available, with a twin on top and a full size bed underneath. Bring a selection of swimsuits because you'll have plenty of dresser space in this room. The second and third bedrooms are both queen size beds. The rooms are comfortable and furnished nicely. Take advantage of all the peacefulness that Carolina Heaven has to offer.
