Ground Level: On this level there are 2 covered parking spaces and a wet weather entrance. There are also exterior stairs to the deck above from both sides of the home. A charcoal grill is available here also. First Level: The first level living area boasts exquisite ocean views from all areas from the living room to the kitchen. In the living room a 27" color cable TV and VCR are available for the pleasure of all along with board games for everyone to play. There is access to the deck and the beach beyond from this room. The dining room/breakfast area seat 9 between a table that seats 6 and counter seating for 3. The adequately equipped kitchen with linoleum flooring offers a microwave oven and dishwasher to name a few of the items provided for your convenience. There are two bedrooms on this first level also. The first of which has a queen size bed. A clock/radio/alarm ceiling fan and closet are available for the convenience of guests. The second bedroom offers a bunk (twin) and a twin on top bunk, double on bottom with the clock/radio/alarm, ceiling fan and closet for the convenience of all. Second Level: The master bedroom is located on this level. It boasts engaging ocean views, a telephone, color cable TV, ceiling fan and an attached bathroom. A new addition for 2008, a 4th Bedroom! A fantastic oceanfront bedroom with queen bed is currently under construction, soon to be ready for the rental season.
