The walk to the beachfront is minimal -- a beach access is located directly across from Sea and Sound Sandwich. Your family will enjoy the sunny weather, sandy beaches and ample places for biking, fishing and wildlife watching on Topsail Island.

Ground Level : Parking for up to 6 vehicles is provided. Around the back of guests will find an enclosed hot and cold shower, for rinsing off. The left side entrance holds the elevator, perfect for transporting groceries and luggage to the upper floors.

First Level: Every room in Sea and Sound Sandwich has a view! On this first level you'll find two ocean view bedrooms, two sound view bedrooms, two baths, a laundry room and 2 family rooms.

Through the front door of Sea and Sound Sandwich you'll enter into the first family room. This space offers guests a colorful sleeper sofa, two comfy blue chairs and a TV/VCR/DVD. This is a great get-a-way space for relaxing and watching your favorite movies.

To the left of the family room are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom is filled with pale blue walls and offers a queen-size bed, a rocking club chair, walk-in closet and ceiling fan. A door leads you outside to the lower ocean view deck. The beautiful ocean views and breezes will take you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Down the hall is the second bedroom. This room is perfect for the children with a bright purple futon and brightly colored twin bunk bed. The large windows allow even the smaller vacationers to have a wonderful view of the Intra Coastal waterway.

Two bedrooms and the game room are located on the right side of the family room. The third bedroom is filled with sun kissed orange walls and offers a queen-size bed, a rocking club chair, walk-in closet and ceiling fan. A door leads you outside to the lower ocean view deck. Enjoy sitting out on the deck while watching the pelicans and shrimp boats travel up and down the shoreline.

The fourth bedroom is a great room for children with a twin double bunk bed that has drawers below, for storing their clothes, and a ceiling fan for keeping everyone cool.

The last room on this level, will be the kids favorite room. Known as the game room, this space has four game rocking chairs, perfect for playing the X-box, complete with four controllers and five different games. This room also has a dark blue futon, large television and access to the lower sound view deck.

Second Level: Upstairs guests will find the spacious living areas, which face the beautiful waters of both the Atlantic ocean and Waterway. Through the large picturesque windows the views are simply captivating.

The living room offers two seating areas, for large families. The living room has a big screen TV with surround sound audio. Surrounding the TV/VCR are two deep blue sofas and coordinating chairs. Sit back and enjoy quieter family conversations on the striped sofa and matching chair, while still in view of the television.Wake up early and enjoy that first cup of coffee at the bistro table, situated by the large ocean view windows. For rainy afternoons, Sea and Sound Sandwich offers board games, movies and books for guests to use.

The kitchen lies between the living room and dining room and offers both views of the ocean and waterway. Filled with casual wood cabinets and suntanned countertops, the room has a refrigerator with icemaker, flattop stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster oven and more. Four stools sit at the bar, a great place for afternoon snacks.

The dining room has awesome views of the Intra Coastal waterway. Grill fresh seafood and enjoy dining at the wooden table, set for 6. Gather the family around for an after dinner game of cards and watch the sun turn the Island sky a beautiful crimson as it sets for the night.

Across from the dining area is a work-a-holics dream office. If indeed you did bring your computer, hook it up to the dial up internet access and work on the crisp white desk. You won't be able to work too long with the breathtaking views of the waterway, tempting you. This space offers a festive yellow club chair and soft green sofa, a great spot for a quiet afternoon nap.

On the other side of the living space are the last two bedrooms. On the sound side is the fifth bedroom, offering guests a plaid covered queen size bed, ceiling fan and rocking club chair. A door leads out to the sound view deck. Guests of this room will enjoy the watching the active wildlife and boats travel up and down the waterway.

A full size bathroom and the elevator are easily accessible from this room, in the hallway.

The master bedroom sits on the ocean view side of Sea and Sound Sandwich. As a guest of the master bedroom you'll enjoy the queen size be, TV, rocking club chair, ceiling fan and private bathroom. Wake up early, slip outside to the ocean view deck and indulge yourself with the breath-taking sunrises of Topsail Island.
