The lovely open floor plan, oceanfront duplex is located in picturesque Surf City just minutes from shopping, dining, and so much more. Come learn about the loggerhead sea turtle and what you can do to protect it or learn about the history of our lovely island.

Just out your door you will find breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean with access just steps away. An outside shower is located on the landing from the beach. Use it to wash away the sand after a walk along the beach. Enjoy your first cup of coffee of the day while taking in the sunrise from the comfortably furnished porch.

Ground Level: On the this level there is covered parking for one car and access to the stairs leading to the entrance and the oceanfront porch.

Main Level: On the main level of this duplex there are glorious ocean views and access to the porch and deck beyond from the open family room. A TV with VCR and stereo with CD player are available in this room for the use of guests. The functional kitchen also has the ocean views and the connected breakfast area seats 5. For your convenience a microwave oven and dishwasher have been provided. There is also a washer and dryer at your disposal.

In the first bedroom there is a double bed and a closet at the disposal of guests. In the second bedroom there is a double and twin bed with accessible closet. Both rooms share a bathroom in this 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex.
