On the lower level, the stone driveway offers parking for 4, while covered parking for 2 is available in the carport underneath. A charcoal grill is at the ready to cook up your very own ‘Cheeseburger in Paradise'. A large enclosed cabinet stores a few beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys for your enjoyment. This well equipped home welcomes you to the easy life at the beach.

Main Level:The entrance opens into the great room with the kitchen straight ahead. White washed finish cabinets hold an ample supply of dishes, glassware, and cookware, including several stockpots for a seafood feast in the making. A pantry closet is adjacent to the refrigerator with icemaker and a wide breakfast bar seats 3 on swivel chairs. Other appliances include a stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, blender, electric can opener, coffee maker, and a double toaster with openings fit for bagels and pastry. Wood laminate floors in the kitchen and hallway extend into the dining room where the upper wall is enhanced with mirrors that visually enlarge the space and reflect light for a luminous feel. White wainscoting graces the bottom of the dining room wall next to the blond wood natural finish table with matching chairs. Ocean view dining for 8 is available with a spectacular view through the sliding doors leading to the ocean deck.

Out on the deck you can partake in a casual dinner under the stars at either the picnic table or patio table with 3 chairs. During daylight hours you can choose to catch a few rays on the open end of the deck or relax in the shade under the covered portion. Whatever your pleasure, the view is impressive. Stroll to the edge of the deck and find an outdoor shower with hot and cold water and a foot wash. Just beyond, the beach access leads you across the dunes to the soft sand below.

The living area has a high ceiling and Berber carpet with a gathering of comfortable furniture in which to enjoy the view through the second slider or watch the flat screen TV. A sleep sofa, 2 chairs, and a wicker rocker are set between end tables and a coffee table. Wireless high speed internet is available, so hop on and keep in touch. The stereo has a 6 CD changer for hours of audio entertainment.

Off the kitchen, a hallway leads to the laundry quarters, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom. At the end of the hall a light-filled closet with a round portal window holds a stackable washer and dryer. The full bath is to the right, and offers guests a tub with showerhead.

Bedroom 1: Main Level:The queen size bed has a wicker headboard and is dressed with a tropical bedspread. A matching white wicker dresser and two end tables stand out against the cool pistachio green walls. Mirrored closet doors reflect the view from the deck of the creeks and marshes across the island. A sliding door leads out to the private shaded deck with a white porch swing to rock your cares away.

Upper Level:Stairs from the living area lead upstairs to 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The shared bath off the hallway has a high ceiling and walk in shower.

Bedroom 2: Master Bedroom:At the top of the stairs on the right, this bedroom has a private bath with walk in shower and a private oceanfront deck. Relax on the queen size bed beneath the cathedral ceiling with overhead fan/light surrounded by tropical aqua walls. Bisque finish furniture with carved shell detail includes a headboard, dresser, mirror, and nightstand. Enjoy your favorite show on the flat screen TV or head out to the deck for an afternoon nap on the lounge chair. Watch the dolphins play in the sparkling surf or close your eyes and listen to the waves crash on the shore.

Bedroom 3:Two twin beds are covered with vibrant tropical fish spreads. White wicker headboards match the small dresser. Additional wardrobe room is available in the mirrored door closet that also has extra pillows to ensure the perfect night's sleep. Step out to the sound side deck through the slider and take in the view of the creeks and marshes.

Bedroom 4:A flamingo and palm comforter sets the vacation mood on the queen size bed with white wicker headboard. The matching white dresser, mirror, and side table look crisp and summery against the sky blue walls. A double window slider leads out to the sound side deck. At the end of the day admire the sun as it sinks behind the trees on the mainland.

Your check-in location is our Sneads Ferry office. Linens are not provided. Dogs are permitted in this property with a $125.00(plus tax)per pet fee. Pet restriction - no more than 1 large dog or 2 small to medium dogs. Smoking is not permitted in the property. Maximum occupancy is 10 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation.
