Second Level: Topsail Dunes 2211 is found on the second level in building 2. You and your family will find this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo will accommodate all your vacation needs. There is a roomy screened in porch located on the front, before you enter Topsail Dunes 2211 This space is perfect for storing all your beach gear. The living room has enough space for the whole family. With 2 couches, a TV with a VCR and DVD player, you'll have room to relax. There is a sliding glass door that leads to the large deck, off of the living/dining space. Filled with chairs for relaxing and watching the activity below. Topsail Dunes 2211 also overlooks the gazebo, a favorite place for saying "I do". The open kitchen offers guests a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. You'll be able to still spend time with your loved ones while cooking up their favorite meals. There are 2 dining areas, both with oceanfront views. Dine at the larger table off of the kitchen or choose the more intimate table off of the living area. Both tables together seat up to 8. Add the hi-chair in and a family of 9 can eat together. The full size washer and dryer are located in the closet off of the kitchen. The roomy master bedroom has a king size bed and attached full size bathroom. The master bedroom looks out onto the screened in porch, keeping your privacy intact. The second bedroom offers guests 2 twin beds. The window allows a beam of sunlight to lighten the room up. The third bedroom, at the end of the hallway, also has 2 twin beds. Covered with bright floral comforters, it comfortably sleeps 2. These two rooms share a full size bathroom, accessible through the hallway. Bed and bath linens are provided for your stay in Topsail Dunes 2211. Smoking is not allowed at Topsail Dunes 2211, and pets are not permitted by tenants. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent. Please contact us for further information.
