Shipwatch Villas 1403 is located on the top floor and can be reached by stairs or elevator. The front entrance has plenty of room perfect for storing beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, etc. This two bedroom, two bath condo has ocean views to be envied.

Main Living Area:Enter into the dining area, which is open to the living room, and make yourself at home. The bamboo dining table seats six and enjoys natural light from the two skylights in the cathedral ceiling above. A modern chandelier compliments the setting while a sophisticated gold-framed mirror on the wall adds volumes to the room. The kitchen has a stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, and a toaster that can handle bagels. A surplus of dishes and cookware fill the cabinets. A breakfast bar with two seats separates the kitchen from the dining area. There is also an Eddie Bauer high chair for the young diner. The main phone is located in the Kitchen along with a Hi-Speed Internet hook-up.

The living area has a tropical overhead fan and raised ceilings. A sofa and loveseat with matching tables offer seating with views of the ocean through the sliding glass doors. A rocking chair with a foot rest provides another vantage point. Listen to your favorite music in any room with the portable stereo that has a CD/Cassette player and FM/AM receiver. The entertainment center in the corner houses a television, DVD player, and VHS player. Nautical décor and sky blue walls feel like an ocean paradise. The sliding doors lead to the ocean side deck. Take in sights on the beach below or sit back in the deck chairs and watch the pelicans fly by.

Both bedrooms are conveniently separated from the living area by a long hallway. As you take a left down the hall you'll find the washer and dryer neatly tucked away in a closet. Further down the hall is a full bath with a double sink vanity. Enveloped in a tropical tangerine color with bright wall décor and accents, it feels Caribbean.Master Bedroom:The master bedroom has a sliding door that leads to the ocean side deck. Open the blinds for a view of the ocean from the queen size bed. Relax on the dark teal comforter and watch the television with VHS player. Private seating for two is available near the deck entrance. The full master bath is tiled and has a large vanity with overhead lighting.

2nd Bedroom:At the end of the hall, just past the full bath, is the second bedroom. Brilliant tropical light green washes the walls. Deep orange accents contrast nicely. Unpack your beach clothes into the low or upright dressers. Take a break from the sun with a television, DVD player and Xbox. The queen size headboard matches the shell motif of the dressers and is finished with a palm tree comforter. A large daybed completes the space. Two windows offer views of the creeks on the sound side of the island.
