Located on a flag lot, Drummond has a deeded beach access to the oceanfront. The beautiful ocean views and breezes take you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Kick off your shoes and stroll to the beach for a warm dip in the Atlantic. After your swim, come back and rinse off in the enclosed hot and cold shower, located on the first level deck.

Ground Level : Parking for 4 vehicles. A wet weather entrance is provided, around the back of Drummond for unloading during rainy days. The entrance way to Drummond is a great space to store some of your beach gear.

First Level: There are three oceanfront bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer located on this first level.

The second bedroom has two queen beds, covered in colorful seashell comforters. The room also offers a TV with a VCR, glider chair and access to the lower oceanfront deck.

The third bedroom is perfect for the children. This bedroom offers two twin bunk beds, a TV and toys to play with. A sliding glass door gives you access to the lower oceanfront deck.

These two rooms share a bathroom, accessible through the hallway.

Second Level: The living, dining and kitchen areas are located on the second floor. The living space of Drummond is filled with panoramic views of the sandy beach below. The large oceanfront deck is perfect for spending the hot afternoons lounging in the Carolina sun and watching the children play in the sand.

The living room is filled with cheerful colors and nautical accessories. This space offers a two sofas, a TV, DVD player, gas fireplace and ceiling fan. For rainy afternoons, Drummond offers games, movies and books for guests to use.

The galley style kitchen allows the cook of the house to prepare meals while visiting with friends and family. The kitchen is filled with white cabinets and lighthouses; the perfect compliment to the seaside view. The room has a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and more. Four padded chairs sit at the bar, looking into the kitchen.

The dining room has a large white tile dining table with 6 coordinating chairs. Enjoy dining on fresh Topsail Island seafood dishes during your stay at Drummond. A comfy leather chair sits in the corner of the dining area, next to the picture windows, a great place to snuggle up with a book. Also in the dining area is a large desk with a computer, just incase this is a working vacation.

Tucked behind the living space, on the oceanfront is the fourth bedroom. Filled with nautical decorations, the room offers a queen-size bed, telephone and access to the oceanfront deck. You'll love waking up early to the peacefulness of the Island, just steps away.

Just across the hall from this bedroom is a full size bathroom and laundry room with a washer and dryer.
