This contemporary beach cottage is located on the second row back from the ocean and is only a short drive to either Surf City or Topsail Beach for shopping, dining, and much more. There are great views of the ocean from the spacious furnished deck and easy beach access just across the road. You will find all the comforts of home and more in this 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage. Ground Level: Covered parking for 2 cars can be found on the ground level. Stairs lead to the main entrance on the side of the home. Main Level : Once inside this lovely home you will find your way into a lovely open living with vaulted ceilings, fabulous ocean views and doors leading to the deck beyond. Armstrong Too is the ideal place for that young family as a portable crib is among its many amenities. A color cable TV and VCR with many movies to choose from for your viewing enjoyment are available. Spend some family time together playing board games in the warm Carolina evenings. A telephone, washer and dryer, and ceiling fan have also been made available to ensure your comfort. The great ocean views continue into the dining area that seats 9. The kitchen is well equipped and has a pantry and radio for your convenience. There are two bedrooms on this level of the home. The first bedroom has a Queen sized bed in it. A TV and clock/radio/alarm have been provided for your convenience. The second bedroom on this level has a king size bed along with a TV and clock/radio/alarm among its amenities. There is a third bedroom located in the loft area overlooking the living room. A queen sized bed and roll-a-way and attached bath can be found here. A color cable TV can be found as well. Recent painting and furniture upgrades will make your stay at Armstrong Too feel just like home. Smoking is permitted but no pets are allowed in this cottage that sleeps 8.
