A vacation to remember awaits you at "McCraw." Bring the whole "family" and let the breathtaking sunrises awaken you. Listen to the surf luring the family to fun on the beach. Come play in the sand, swim in the ocean and hunt for seashells. Watch the pelicans skim the water, catch a glimpse of the dolphins playing in the waves and break out the fishing pole and try your luck at surf fishing. Located on a quiet street in North Topsail Beach, this ocean front home boasts of two master suites and provides ocean views from almost anywhere in the house, plus upper and lower decks. Sound side views and gorgeous sunsets are seen from the kitchen, dining room and two rear bedrooms.
Amenities include central air/heat, 3 color cable tvs(expanded service), dvd, stereo/cd/tape player, wireless internet access-connection only, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, phone w/answering machine(free local and long distance calls anywhere in the United States and Canada), ceiling fans and 2 oceanfront sundecks.
In 2007 we added a 32" LCD HDTV in the living room with DVD and VHS connected, a TV with DVD in the upstairs master bedroom, and a stereo with DVD in one of the the upstairs bedrooms.
Located approximately 4.9 miles north of Surf City traffic light. (Note: Garage is not available for tenant use.)

Wayne and I would like to thank you for loving our home at the beach just as we do. We also want to thank you for signing our guest book and completing Ward Realty surveys. We have made some changes based on your comments/suggestions. The wireless internet is up and running; more kitchen gadgets were added; and a larger TV for the living room. Enjoy your vacation!

Even though we stayed during tropical storm "Tammy" we enjoyed staying at your place. Lexy Rae loved your "bird". It rained 9 1/2 inches but our family just enjoyed being together. Ricker brought "Peppe" by so Lexy Rae could see the "puppy".
The next weekend 10/13-10/16 was beautiful we had a wonderful time!
Sept. 15th, 2005
Hurricane Ophelia blew & blew but your house stood up to the storm. The only damage was a couple of missing shingles and some warped steps going down to the beach. Several friends of yours came by to check on your house and see the damage but there was very little to see by Saturday. Hurricane Ophelia turned out to be a mild storm and it didn't dampen our vacation at all. The National Guard and the inmates from a local prison picked up all the debris from the storm and the beach looked good as new.
August 20th, 2005
We are all packed and ready to go home after a glorious week @ Topsail Island. Our grandparents came from AZ and our Aunt & Uncle from OH. We also brought two friends with us. We enjoyed your house - love the openess and decorations. We are coming back to your house in Oct. & again for 2 weeks next summer.

Once we feasted our eyes on the spectacular view we knew we were not leaving this house all week. It was such a treat to "live" on the beach it was hard to pick up and go back to reality in Warrington, Pennsylvania. We loved collecting shells and finding sharks teeth all over the beach.
Thanks for sharing your vacation home--it made a perfect vacation spot for our families!
