Every level of the house leads to the private beach walkway with 2 hot & cold outdoor showers and a rare 12-person hot tub on a dune deck overlooking the ocean. The over-the-top professionally landscaped home includes a private fenced backyard containing: the largest private heated swimming pool on the Island; an additional hot tub; running fountain; gas grill; covered outdoor billiards table; and abundant deck area to accommodate the sun worshippers. For even more pampering there is an additional kitchenette area right off the pool with microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, a powder room and workout area.
Upon entering the home you’re met with a spacious and inviting great room (400+ sq. ft.) with unobstructed and breathtaking ocean views to watch the dolphins go by. Tastefully decorated with bright beach décor this level is equipped with a large flat screen HDTV/Blu-ray DVD system with surround sound, a whole house audio system with speakers on all levels inside and out and a cabinet full of board games. This level further includes three bedrooms two with Kings and the other with 3 twins of which two are Tempur-Pedic® mattresses. The large dinning area has a custom 11-foot long pub style table with raised seating providing unobstructed ocean views while dining. A long bar counter area provides for extra seating while separating it from the large well-equipped kitchen. In the kitchen you will find granite countertops, a copper sink, a double sink, side-by-side refrigerator with ice/water dispenser, wall oven & microwave, cooktop, 2 dishwashers and a large pantry. Just off the kitchen is a sun filled breakfast nook complete with flat screen TV which sits above a built-in desk with an all-in-one copier/printer/fax all surrounded by windows to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the waves come in and the shrimp boats haul in the day’s catch.
The upper floor offers a simulated movie theater with a 100-inch screen and Blu-ray DVD for watching movies at night and a large flat screen HDTV for watching TV during the day. To add to the enjoyment this level includes: a wet bar; popcorn maker; a counter top 6 bottle wine cooler; an under counter refrigerator; and an espresso machine. The four (4) bedrooms on this level all include King beds and one even has a laundry chute. The Oceanfront Master includes a 40-inch flat screen HDTV complete with comfortable La-Z-Boy® and a separate nursery room with crib, changing table and twin daybed. The oversized master bathroom includes a roomy shower with dual showerheads, bidet and a raised whirlpool tub in an octagon of windows providing some incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean while you relax.
On the lower floor you will find the ultimate kids bedroom complete with 4 pyramid-bunks and a sectional sofa that frames their own TV/gaming area with a PS3, Wii and a 50-inch plasma TV (so they can hang together away from the adults). This level also features another bedroom with 2 queen beds, treadmill, weight machine, third refrigerator and laundry closet.
All levels are Handicap accessible as the home is provided with an elevator with automated self-closing door.

Pool and Hot Tub are open and heated from mid April to mid October depending upon weather. Hot Tub can be activated any other week for an additional $120 fee. (Hot Tub is drained, cleaned and refilled before every guest arrives.)
