| Bring the kids for a fun beach getaway at Tan n San. This 2 bedroom 1 bath oceanfront cottage sleeps 4 and offers an exciting beach vacation. Located in Surf City, you will be minutes from shopping, dining, and much more. This cottage is also close to some of the most prized family destinations on Topsail Island, such as the Karen Beasley Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum. Ground Level: A private drive and underneath carport welcome you to this cute cottage with white trim, flower boxes, screened porch, sun deck and your own private stretch of beach. A nice set of steps lead you to the First Level where Tan n San welcomes you with its colorful array of whimsical touches. First Level: The bright and cheerful living area offers amazing ocean views, plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, VCR, DVD Player, stereo and a few assorted books. The quaint kitchen is very efficient with a prep area, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, and blender. This kitchen has all the essentials and a few extras to make cooking up your favorite meal quick and easy. The dining area seats 6 comfortably and features a sliding glass door to the screened porch area where you'll find a swing placed especially for the beautiful Topsail Island sunrises. From the screened porch, step out onto the sun deck and grill up your catch of the day or take a few steps down to the beach and enjoy a day on the sugar sand beach. When it comes time to settle in for a good night rest, Tan n San offers two bedrooms which share a spacious bathroom with plenty of storage space. The master bedroom is quaint and cozy with a Queen sized bed covered with a peach colored bedspread. This sunny room has two dressers which give you plenty of room to unpack and settle in for your vacation. Make yourself at home with access to the bathroom. The second bedroom offers two twin beds covered in colorful bedspreads. This quiet space accommodates the kids with a desk and night stand, an alarm clock and phone, as well as access to the bathroom. Make your reservation at this unique home and get ready for a playful vacation. You will find many eclectic and whimsical touches that make your stay at this oceanfront home a one of a kind experience. Your check-in location is our Surf City office. Linens are not provided. Pets are permitted with a $125.00 (plus tax) pet fee per pet. Smoking is permitted. Maximum occupancy is 4 at any time. Your check-in time is 3:30 pm unless you have confirmed and paid the early bird check-in option. Please be sure we have received complete payment within 30 days of your arrival to avoid cancellation. |
