The upper bedroom with a full size bed opens to a private deck facing the Intracoastal Waterway, where the sun sets over the sound. The lower level bedroom has both a full and a twin bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra house guests. This cottage features a large open floor plan with a soaring cathedral ceiling and lots of sunny windows. Bright walls and colorful paintings give it a fun, tropical feel. The kitchen provides all the necessities-but don't miss the great restaurants down the town. Perfect for a small family with a couple of friends. Color cable TV, VCR, DVD, central heat & A/C, ceiling fan, outside shower, stereo, microwave and washer/dryer. No smoking, no pets.
