There is a large wrap around balcony that covers nearly the entire second floor of Calinda Cay 115. When you're not at the beach or enjoying other Topsail adventures, you'll find yourself lounging on this inviting balcony.

Upper Level: The upper level of Calinda Cay 115 offers some of the most breathtaking views on the island. With the living room facing the beach and the kitchen facing the sound, you'll never forget you are on vacation.

The living room is brightly colored and instantly gives a "fun at the beach" feel. Wood floors that are a rich shade of brown create a sophisticated atmosphere. The room is full of cozy couches and white furniture with turquoise accents. Sliding glass doors lead you to a balcony filled with bright orange furniture, perfect for the sunrise spectator.

The kitchen has an appeal all its own. White cabinets and white counters fill this room. Colorful bar stools and chairs add just the right splash of color.
