Ground Level: in this area you will find parking for vehicles, as well as elevators and stairs leading to the upper floors. Parking passes are provided by Century 21. Autos are limited to 2 per property.

Third Level: Shipwatch Villas 1313 is found on the third level. Walk up the ramp to the first level and take the elevator to the third level, 1313 is to your left.

Enter into a sizeable foyer decorated with shells from the shoreline outside. A dining area with pretty bamboo table and chairs comfortably seats four. The home-style kitchen offers all the necessities. A refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and double stainless steel sink. Lots of cabinets, filled with all the extras you will need as well as enough counter space for preparing your favorite meal. There is a bar with two stools for your convenience.

The living area of Shipwatch Villas 1313 is a calming neutral colored space with a large oil painting in shades of blue that seem to have come straight from the ocean. There is a matching Queen Sleeper Sofa and Double Sleeper Loveseat, bamboo furnishings, as well as a TV, DVD player and stereo system for your entertainment. The sunlight streams in from a set of sliding glass doors that lead to a private balcony. The carpeted balcony has a nice seating area that overlooks the pool and offers amazing ocean views. The sunrises you can see from this space will leave you breathless.

There are two bedrooms separated by a long hallway. Within the hallway, you will find a full sized washer and dryer, a spacious full bath with double sinks and long vanity, and a handy closet for storing your beach towels and essentials.

The master bedroom has a King sized bed with blue designer comforter set. It is sunny and bright with a sliding glass door leading to the spacious balcony. Open the doors for a salty breeze and watch the waves, or lay back and watch the TV situated on the dresser. There is plenty of privacy in the master bedroom with a master bathroom, decorated in a sweet floral motif.

The second bedroom offers 2 Full sized beds covered in a pink gingham check. The bamboo furnishings add simplicity to this space, which also offers a TV and VCR. The sunsets peaking in from the sound-side windows produce a warm glow to this space, as the guests relax after a fun day at the beach.
