Beach Escape is a townhouse located in the praised community of Calinda Cay. This community offers amazing sound views, beach access, and a community pool. The paved road, landscaping and quietness of this community make Beach Escape a wonderful retreat for you and your family. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths, which will accommodate 9 guests.

Ground Level: Located to the left of the main entrance and just across from the community pool, Beach Escape has a paved parking area underneath the home. This area, framed in lattice, offers privacy and shade. There is also an outdoor shower. After a day at the beach, rinse off your toes and head inside for an evening with the family.

First Level: Entering from the street-side porch, you will notice a reverse floor plan. The bedrooms are located on the first level and the common living area is on the second level. There is also a washer and dryer on the first level, so pack light and enjoy the comforts of home! The first bedroom is a vibrant mango colored space with contemporary King sized bed and night tables. Access to the sound side deck offers a wonderful vantage point from which to see the beautiful Carolina sunset. Laze around and watch the provided cable TV. The second bedroom, painted a baby blue, offers slight ocean views and a Queen bed. There is a cable TV atop the white dresser and this calm, quiet space offers a lovely night sleep. The third bedroom is great for the kids. The Twin/Double bunk bed, covered in soft comforters, face the sound. Views of the waterway are seen from the sliding glass door leading to a covered deck. An inviting hammock, invites you to lounge around in the sea breeze and read or take a nap. This is your Beach Escape.

Second Level: At the top of the stairs, you will find a handy baby gate. Even the littlest vacationer is taken care with this safety feature and the provided high chair. The pine floors, and creamy yellow walls make a warm stage for the sea blue furniture. A Queen Sleeper sofa and two loveseats provide plenty of seating around the living area equipped with a cable TV, VCR, and DVD player. An eastern facing deck offers a couple of Adirondack chairs and slight ocean views. The galley kitchen is nicely done, with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. All the cookware, dishes and utensils you need are within reach and a few extras like the blender, garbage disposal, coffee pot and toaster, make your stay even more like being at home. A large family table, seating 8, is the perfect spot for a game of cards, or family dinner. A secondary seating area is furnished with a pub style table and four chairs. A lovely sound side deck offers additional living space as well as remarkable sound views.
