Main Level: The entrance opens into the great room where you'll notice a loft above partly open to the second floor. To the left, the well-stocked kitchen has all the comforts of home. The breakfast bar seats 2 for a casual meal. Appliances include a refrigerator with icemaker, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and toaster oven. Brew a warm breakfast beverage with the coffee maker or teapot and head out to the deck to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. What a magnificent start to your vacation on Topsail.

Ocean view dining is enjoyed at the wood table with seating for 6. Two picture windows facing east and south frame the spectacular view from the table. An old fashioned radio with a turn dial plays soothing dinner music.

Relax in the overstuffed living room set with a sofa, loveseat, and chair in a warm plum shade. The media area offers a TV, VHS, and DVD as well as a stereo with 3 CD changer and cassette. A book library is available to entertain you beachside and a great selection of board games is in a large closet next to the stackable washer and dryer. The oversized coffee table is perfect for spreading out a game and gathering family and friends for hours of lively fun. The living room suite looks out over the ocean through yet another picture window and a central door leads to the oceanfront deck.

Out on the deck, the space is comfortable and inviting. Two lounge chairs beckon you to kick back and relax and 3 Adirondack style chairs are spread out along the right side. Boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys are provided in a storage container at the end of the deck. Stairs in front lead to the lower landing where an outdoor shower and foot wash station is at the ready for homecoming beach goers. The stairs continue to the white sand beach and rolling waves below. Hang your wet swimsuits to dry on the clothesline along the rail and head in and rest up for tomorrow. Your vacation has just begun.Bedroom 1: Just off the living room this bedroom has both a double bed and twin size bed. A long dresser is available to store your beach attire and a television and clock radio are also provided. Private door access to the main floor shared bathroom is a nice convenience.

This bath is custom painted with sea green and white in a unique style and offers a walk in shower. The main bathroom door is located off the kitchen.

Upper Level: The loft upstairs has open half walls that look down into the living room. This central space on the top floor has a second sitting area that includes a sofa, an end table, TV, and folding upholstered foam chair that doubles as a mattress. The walls are decorated with unique beach scene murals. Two doors across the room open into the two bedrooms also on this floor. From this gathering area a sliding door leads to the upper deck with a birds eye view of the beach and ocean. Wow what a view!

Bedroom 2: Two twin beds with burgundy and gold bedspreads welcome visitors to this cozy room. A nightstand sits between the beds and a tall armoire is opposite to hold your wardrobe. A private door leads to a shared full bathroom that has a tub with shower head.

Bedroom 3 Master: The king size bed is covered with a lavender floral comforter, and the floors are a textured Berber carpet. The furniture suite includes a nightstand and dresser, 2 lamps, and a rocking chair. A clock radio is also provided should you want to hit the sand early for the best beachcombing or head out on a fishing charter for the freshest dinner around.
