Shipwatch Townhomes I is a private community with views of the ocean and Intra Coastal Waterway. From Shipwatch Townhomes I you are just a short distance to shopping, dining, fishing, golf and much more. As a guest of Shipwatch Townhomes I you will enjoy the comforts of home, while finding all the hidden treasures along North Topsail Beach.

Shipwatch Townhomes I are separated from the Shipwatch Villa community and do not share the same amenities. Shipwatch Townhomes I do offer oceanfront properties with a private beach access and outdoor shower.

Ground Level: In this area you will find parking for 2 vehicles. Century 21 provides parking passes. Autos are limited to 2 per property.

Shipwatch Townhomes I Under the Sun

First Level: This multi-level town home greets guests with a new look, filled with bright tropical colors and warm earth tones. On the first level of Under the Sun guests will find two bedrooms, a full size bathroom and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.

The first bedroom, on the sound side, offers a double/twin bunk bed covered in bold stripes and polka dots. This room is filled with surfing inspired accessories, and offers access to the sound side deck.

The master bedroom, located on the oceanfront, offers guests a queen size bed covered in tropical red and greens. This bedroom has wood furnishings with bamboo accents. A TV, comfortable chair and private door to the bathroom are available to guests staying in this room. Sliding glass doors lead outside to the covered oceanfront deck. From here you are just steps away from the beach, as the beach access for Shipwatch Townhomes I is directly across the boardwalk.

Second Level: The living area faces the beautiful blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean, where through picturesque windows, the early morning sunrise is simply captivating.

The living room of Under the Sun is filled with bold colors. This room offers guests two sofas, a TV, ceiling fan and access to the upper oceanfront deck. Relax in the afternoon Carolina sun and take in the beautiful ocean views and warm breezes. From this private deck, enjoy watching the dolphins swimming in the shimmering water.

Located between the living room and kitchen is a quaint sitting area, perfect for snuggling up with a book or an afternoon nap. Nestled here you'll find a futon, sitting beneath a sunny window, and a unique chest. On the opposite wall is a half bath.

The kitchen and dining room, sit on the sound side of Under the Sun. The kitchen is filled with casual wood cabinets. This space offers a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and more. A skylight above lets in plenty of light. A bold red area rug defines the dining area, where a square table set for four is perfect for intimate Island dinners. Beautiful views of the Intra Coastal waterway, through the sliding glass door, adds to the atmosphere of Under the Sun.
